GoogleWe had an excellent experience from start to finish speaking with Minnie at CJ Hole! First, she was highly responsive by email and willing to answer any queries we had. She also offered us excellent flexibility to view the property remotely which was a complete life-saver. Secondly, while at the viewing, Minnie took great effort to document any issues with the property as we went around and communicated clearly with us what steps would be taken by the agency to correct this. We felt we would be in good hands as tenants-Thanks again Minnie!

GoogleIt was lovely to be shown around by agents well versed in the property. Ethan was welcoming and answered all our questions regarding the property as well as what would put us in the best position to be accepted by the landlord. The viewing didn’t feel rushed and we had ample time to test lights, taps etc

GoogleThoroughly useless estate agent showed us around the property. He clearly knew next to nothing about the house, the owners or why it was for sale. He couldn't answer any questions about the property, promised to get answers and email them but never did, promised to arrange a second viewing but never did... C J Hole might as well have just posted us the keys and we view the place ourselves. Someone else at C J Hole then calls me about 2 weeks later and opens with 'hi, I think you might have viewed a property or properties with us?'. Doesn't even know what I've seen.

GoogleWell we had sold our house with c j hole and the renter side george was not helpful making a list of excuses of why I couldn't rent a property at time when I clearly could get the money and prove it. Wouldn't sell my house with c j hole again as could have lost sale through his pettiness, ocean are much more professional.
