Google10 years in UK and I changed houses pretty often, especially during the first years. This has stopped since I moved in with my partner and had Rafal at CJ Hole as our property manager. He cares not only for the property, but for the tenants as well. Always ready to quickly answer any call or email, and any issue reported is resolved quickly too! Thank you Rafal, we truly appreciate it.

GoogleNo correspondence with our estate, no discussions with our buyers buyer, no response to us. CJ Hole holding up pur entire chain and don't show any signs of caring about completing a sale.

GoogleWe have just purchased our first house from cj hole bishopsworth, and they have been amazing from start to finish. We have had most of our dealings with James Hogg, who has been absolutely awesome! Great communication, swift answering of emails, so friendly, and I was always welcomed whilst popping in. Couldn't have asked for a better estate agent than James, and a better company than cj hole. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly responsive, always getting back to us within 24 hours, no matter how complex the query, and consistently helpful, from arranging last-minute viewings to providing honest guidance throughout. Easily the best experience we’ve had with any agency.

FacebookMy daughter was due to move into a student shared let. On the day of arrival. The house clearly had not been inspected or cleaned dispite been told it had been professionally cleaned? The structure of the house was so bad my leg went through the kitchen floor in to the sub floor. It became clear the entire kitchen floor was rotted and dangerous. The hall floor was little better. Light bulbs broken or missing, shower door missing. The whole house stank. The agent when he finally arrived was very dismissive of the structural dangers tell us it was safe to move into. All families had travelled hours to the house. The agent refused to take the keys with him as we were forced to reject the property as it was not fit for habitation. We returned the keys to the nearest office. Cj hole were forced to cancel the contract and dispite promises we are still waiting for deposit and rent to be refunded. I am now considering taking my complaint to director level.

Update. It appears there are no senior staff in any office that a complaint can be made to. Staff are unable to name senior staff. They are unable to name or contact anyone in a more senior roll. My advice is to avoid this company at all cost if you don't believe me check out the trust pilot reviews.

GoogleI had a great experience with Justin Withers from C J Hole. 10/10. He was knowledgeable kind and blew all the others out of the water by a long shot. I would highly recommend them, particularly Justin for valuations and viewings. After we first met, there has been continued updates and contact from Justin and I feel like him and the team genuinely care about doing right by me and their customers.
