GoogleWe've completed 4 or 5 viewings with CJ Hole, Ethan Buckler who showed us round was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was always ready to give important information when required. Ethan was also excellent and backing away when we were deep in conversation or needed a quiet moment. Overall the booking process was a little bit of a faff because of the number of properties and our schedules - none of that was Ethan's fualt but that's why it's only 4 stars.

GoogleWould leave 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst at communicating with other estate agents in relation to house move. We have been held up in a chain for several months and trying to get updates from CJ Hole in relation to progress is like getting blood out of a stone. Causing unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation! Would appear this is not the first time they have held up a chain.

Highly incompetent estate agents especially when it comes to updating other people in the chain and getting a sale completed. Would leave 0 stars if I could, as we have been held up in a chain for several months and trying to get updates from CJ Hole, namely Lulu, is like getting blood from a stone. They have been causing unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience working with Pascha at CJ Hole. She was incredibly professional, proactive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her knowledge of the market and clear communication made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Pascha was always on top of things, keeping us informed and offering great advice every step of the way. During the times Pascha wasn’t available, Tom and David stepped in and were equally helpful and responsive, it really felt like we were in safe hands with the whole team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support made a real difference. GoogleThis is the second time working with CJ Hole but the first time as a seller. The local Kingswood branch did a wonderful job. Providing much needed information as the process unfolded, easy to follow viewing notifications and keeping everyone updated. Even chasing information from all sides to help progress the sale. Definitely would highlight the stellar work done by Kerry to progress the sale!

David and Pascha have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish! From having our property valued to getting it listed, the process was made very easy and stress-free. We did encounter a few issues with the solicitors in the chain, but without David and Pascha's continued help and support, it would not have been possible.
