GoogleCJ Hole in Kingswood took over selling our house when another Estate Agent had failed to sell it for 4 months. They sold our house in 3 days for the most we’d ever had offered. Everything went through so smoothly, they have a Sale Progressor (Kerry) who headed up communications between Solicitors and made sure everything stayed on track with our sale and purchase. They couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging viewings and re-viewings and offering us support calls as we were burned from our previous experience. Lois was absolutely amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. Would (and have) recommended them to everyone. Thanks so much!

C J Hole have been superb ,every little question ,silly question and meaningless question was never a problem for them to answer. they made the whole process quite Stress free. This is very rare with estate agents. I have bought several properties over the years. And this has been The least stressful purchase I’ve ever made . Becky and team were always very helpful .

GoogleImpossible to get in touch with anyone to even view properties. Several days of calling and calling and leaving voicemails and then they finally called back once the properties I was interested in had already been let. Exhausting.

GoogleNot impressed with the lack of interest in this branch, I have been trying endlessly to contact them to view a property and cannot get through and have had no calls back. How can their sellers be happy? Clearly not proactive, would never sell with them!
We're sorry to hear you’re not happy, though we’ve looked into our records and unfortunately can’t find any trace of your enquiry or any contact with HS Property on our system. We endeavour to answer all calls to branch where possible and have a very large sales team in order to manage the high volume of calls we receive, however the team are pro-active, constantly calling out for business in addition to answering the inbound calls, so if everyone is on the phone at the time of your call, we wouldn’t be able to answer it. If you leave a voicemail or send us an online enquiry, we always respond to these the same day they are received (if within working hours) and if not, the next working day. Your review was on a Saturday, which is the most popular day for appointments and so to be able to offer our clients weekend appointments, we have reduced staff in the office on a Saturday. We missed 3 calls on the date of your review, 2 of these left a voicemail and the calls were returned the same day and 1 didn’t leave a voicemail, but we’ve since spoken to them anyway and they do not seem to have an affiliation with HS Property. We take all feedback seriously and pride ourselves on providing a responsive and proactive service to both buyers and sellers, as will be apparent from all our other reviews and the fact we have been the top performing agent in the area for 5 consecutive years. She lead us inside and was really warm and friendly, very knowledgable about the property and was confident in answering all our questions giving us plenty of time to look round the property without feeling rushed.
