After having a terrible experience trying to sell my property through another estate agents, I moved to CJ Hole and my faith was restored in the house selling process. They were quick, efficient, passionate about finding me a buyer that would pay the right price and managed to sell our property within 6 weeks. The other agent had failed for 6 months to get anywhere close to an offer. I would highly recommend.

Ethan and Max have been excellent throughout the entire process of renting my flat. They were very professional, always responded to questions, and explained everything clearly. From beginning to end, the CJ Hole team at Westbury on Trym have been excellent, in all respects. It was clear from the first meeting with George that - ahead of all the agents we tested - CJ Hole were the clear lead. Professional, considerate, efficient, accurate, honest... all that we hoped for. At various points, members of the team have ensured that our sale was supported and progressed (thank you Clare Singh !) with the minimum of fuss and bother. We could not have wanted more - and sold for exactly the sum that George proposed at the start, with no hitches. Great all round.

Do not touch with a barge pole .. I honestly do not give bad reviews but this was beyond a joke . Not only did no one come round in 3 months.. when I came off they didn’t take me off rightmove and sad they couldn’t as I was listed at brislington! Why I don’t know … three weeks I have been on righted but no one would come round anyway as they don’t have me listed . This is just one of a whole catalogue of mess ups . Honestly I have never known such a shower . Hopeless … polite but hopeless .

Excellent service provided by the Henleaze and Westbury on Trym branches. We were really pleased with everything: lovely photos, efficient arranging and carrying out of viewings, the amount of updates, advice and guidance regarding offers, help with completion. The staff are professional and friendly. They made the process as easy as possible for us and we felt we were in safe hands. George at WoT and Lorraine at Henleaze deserve a special mention.
