I highly recommend CJ Hole as an estate agent, great communication throughout the sale, amazing pictures taken of house and marketed very quickly. Managed to sell house within 2 weeks even though it had previously been on with another agent for a while. Everyone was extremely friendly that I spoke with and always returned my calls. I would not hesitate to have CJ Hole sell my house if I ever move again in the future. After dealing with a lot of other estate agents they are a cut above.

Adam, Charlotte and Nick worked efficiently behind the scenes to arrange the mortgage valuation quickly so we can progress. Adam allowed me to view the property last minute so I could measure the rooms was very nice of him.
Overall very satisfied with the estate agents, would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

GoogleHad a viewing booked, it was then cancelled due to snow. However, CJ Hole would not book another day as I was not selling my house through them and we were not on the market yet.
Very interesting how it would seem they prefer to stick with buyers who are also selling with them so they can double up on commission and not let the Vendor decide who's offer to accept (whose house it actually is!!)
As a landlord myself I will be avoiding CJ Hole and will be avoiding them at all costs

GoogleFrom the very start - we felt that CJ Hole would be the company to handle the sale of our house.
We had shortlisted 3 ‘best known’ estate agents and had 3 presentations to listen to. From the outset CJ Hole (it was Jeremy) spoke about the property on s different level to the others. This inspired confidence that they could therefore talk to prospective buyers in a way that would excite and motivate them.
Staff were shown around the house so they were aware of its features and potential. They could thenvtalk about the property ahead of any viewings.
Jenni, was our daily contact and she was excellent. She always kept us up to date with viewings, the feedback received and the actions that were being suggested. We didn’t ever have to prompt for updates - Jenni just made sure they happened.
Finally - no surprise that CJ Hole found a buyer and we completed this morning.
Very many thanks - the whole team at CJ Hole comes highly recommended

GoogleAvoid 3 High Street. Bad landlord will take your deposit. Never let a property from CJ Hole they will charge you £260 per person for next to no services. They will take your money and give no helpful service in return. We thought they would help by giving a check inventory and check out inventory but neither was completed, so the landlord was in complete control of both. Obviously giving a biased opinion. I don't understand what we have paid for, as there was 6 of us and they charged us £260 per person for agency fees yet all they did was draw up an agreement for the landlord, which obviously is just a generic contract not written specifically for the house, as a lot of things within the contract did not even apply to the house. They also forced me to pay my full years rent upfront a total of £3840!!! As I am a student I'm sure you can imagine how hard it was for me to gather that money. They forced me to pay this upfront because my mother did not earn above £12,000 a year and therefore was not eligible to be my guarantor. We offered half the rent upfront at first but they declined that and said we can pay the full amount or you can go elsewhere. All of this after we had paid the NON REFUNDABLE £260 agency fees. Overall, absolutely terrible agency to let with if you are a tenant. I'm sure there are much better options out there. They do not want to help you at all throughout your tenancy and only want the initial fees, after that your on your own. I am currently renting from a landlord without any agency involvement and my life is so much easier. All bills are covered including cleaning equipment, toilet roll, furniture and a TV. They are also paying me to help with the garden. Never going through an agency again. If you can avoid this agency at all costs at least.

GoogleCJ Hole in Burnham negotiated the sale of my elderly Mother’s flat. I gather she chose them initially because of their good local reputation. She was particularly impressed when, following her query about the selling prices of similar properties in the area, Edward turned up with a print-out giving her the information she sought. She said how lovely it was that someone had listened to her and been so efficient in providing answers. Importantly, not only did they listen but they found a purchaser before the sales particulars had even been released! My own experience in dealing with CJ Hole on my Mother’s behalf reflects her comments. I have dealt mostly with Tom who has been invariably professional, polite and friendly and importantly (for me at least) has genuinely listened to my concerns and done his best to mitigate them. Especially noteworthy (again in my opinion) is the fact that when he promises to chase up or telephone with updates, he does just that! In summary - polite, efficient, effective and professional service. Excellent communication skills. Helpful, friendly staff. Flat sold. Happy customer!
