From the moment I met Edward Creswick I was very impressed and reassured with his professionalism, market knowledge, transparency and honesty. I had no doubt that my house would sell without any problems. Previously I had commissioned another estate agent and not only was I badly let down by their letting department but was told that I had to reduce the asking price by £50,000!! and/or consider selling it at an auction. So when CJ Hole sold my house at the asking price within four months I was elated to say the least!!
