CJ Hole have been acting on behalf of the seller I am purchasing off. I have to say they and in particular Simon Mallet have been brilliant. Simon has done more than anyone else to ensure everyone in the chain has been kept updated and has worked tirelessly to ensure our purchase has gone through. The whole process has taken more than 8 months and if it wasn’t for Simon we would have pulled out long ago. He has put the estate agents I am with for my sale to shame and I would not hesitate to use or recommend CJ Hole to anyone. A massive thankyou to Simon and the team.

The lady who showed us around the property we are currently purchasing was particularly helpful while I was fielding my two small children at a viewing. We have been experiencing issues with damp in our flat due to issues with the roofing next door. I have been dealing with Dee who has been brilliant through out the process. She has been responding to my communications very efficiently and always with satisfactory but also very polite and generally well mannered answers. Anyone hesitating to pay a proper estate agent to sell their property should remember that you're paying for the after sales service they provide and not just a listing! We had a pretty difficult chain to deal with, but Andy and the team at CJ Hole worked tirelessly, going above and beyond dealing with all other estate agents and solicitors in the chain, to finally get us to completion. Huge thanks for all your help!

CJ Hole Hucclecote were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my purchase of a house. They continued to speak to all the parties involved when the solicotors on both sides had appeared to forget they were being paid to do a job, and they updated me regularly on every aspect of the purchase. At times it was just good to have someone to talk to who I really felt was on my side, despite them not being paid anything by me as I was not the vendor.

FacebookC J Hole was one of the most straight forward and friendliest lettings agents that I have dealt with before. From the moment that I rang to arrange a viewing, to the time that I moved out of the flat, everything was quick and easy. The lettings staff were professional but also super friendly and I felt comfortable asking any questions I needed to. I only ever had one issue at the property, but it was sorted as soon as possible once I had reported it. Would be happy to recommend.

We are renting a very nice house but have had some minor issues (eg broken loo seat replaced and now far more comfortable) and a more stubborn problem with heating. This issue was resolved with diligence and to the satisfaction of both the tenants (us)and the landlord. We feel we are listened to when we call the office and explain a problem and it is usually sorted out quickly and with consideration. We appreciate the way our problems have been resolved with courtesy and kindness.

Tried to keep the majority of our deposit for damage that was there before we even moved in. The list goes on but I haven't got the time, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!
