Not only did they understand what I was looking for, they managed to recommend me a property which ticked all the right boxes. Ben and Grace both met me to view the home at relatively awkward times due to my work hours. Nevertheless, I was always met with enthusiasm and allowed as much time as I needed. Furthermore, Stan Pitman was excellent during the aftersales process and genuinely couldn’t have done more to help me; answering all my questions, chasing solicitors, advising me on next steps etc. Stan epitomises what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ for a client and I am incredibly appreciative of his efforts. Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. Nicola was a great support, always there to answer any queries I had, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. The team of sales guys were professional and friendly and this was a stress free process, however I cannot praise sales progression, in particular Nicola enough as there is where the true grit and effort comes during the selling and purchasing process. He showed us round some properties and we I also seen him in your branch a couple of times. He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional. From the outset CJ Hole (it was Jeremy) spoke about the property on s different level to the others. This inspired confidence that they could therefore talk to prospective buyers in a way that would excite and motivate them. Staff were shown around the house so they were aware of its features and potential. They could thenvtalk about the property ahead of any viewings. Jenni, was our daily contact and she was excellent. She always kept us up to date with viewings, the feedback received and the actions that were being suggested. We didn’t ever have to prompt for updates - Jenni just made sure they happened. Hello Geta, thank you for your review. As discussed in our office earlier this week, the referencing company reviewed all the paperwork you submitted as evidence of your income. As you are self-employed they can only validate the amount you have declared through your annual tax return to HMRC. We have contacted you several times to explain the criteria required and obtain any evidence of any further income, but sadly you have been unable to provide such. Unfortunately as your joint income does not meet the referencing criteria required at this rent level we have been unable to proceed with this particular property. We did advise during our conversation that we were willing to transfer your application to another property if it was £900pcm or below. Please let us know if you still require our assistance.

Expect a smirky reply from the manager as he’s proactive on here but not on a email. Fake smiles and a lot of lies.
