GoogleWe have had a really positive experience with CJ Hole, although in the end we did decide on a property not listed with them, they were friendly and helpful. Orrin found us properties that matched our specific requirements. When we viewed them he was friendly and approachable and didn't have the "hard sell" approach we have found so often with other letting agents. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

GoogleJenni from CJ Hole has been an absolute STAR in helping through an extremely complicated and difficult sale of my mother-in-law's cottage. So many obstacles encountered on the way, yet Jenni kept on top of them all, keeping us informed and chasing all parties involved, and keeping the buyers interested and informed too! Having originally registered the cottage with another Estate Agent - which fell though, we were so glad we chose CJ Hole! Jenni's tenacity and sheer hard work was absolutely instrumental in finally completing on the sale after several long hard months. Would recommend them to anyone - whatever the age, style or size of the property.

GoogleI was quite amazed to discover after contacting several letting agencies in Cheltenham, how different each agency's response was to my enquiries, and the majority I might add, not in a positive way. That was until I contacted CJ Hole..... The whole team in the letting's department went above and beyond to make the letting process and our move-in as painless as possible. I would thoroughly recommend using CJ Hole whether you are purchasing, selling or renting.....their service is exemplary!

GoogleIt took quite a long time due to difficulties with a Chain, to get to Completion. CJHole and Jenni were very good and helped all they could They were always polite and easy to talk to, and so thank you Jenni and your team for all the help you gave us We got there in the end and I am still surrounded by boxes and too much furniture! From valuation, marketing, negotiations and through all the little details that need sorting to get to exchange, Jenni has been professional, efficient and a pleasure to interact with. I would strongly recommend CJ Hole and would use them again in a heartbeat. They also acted as our letting agent for 4 years and that service was also great. GoogleHad wonderful service from Orrin who provided flexibility and understanding when me and my wife were indecisive over a property. In the end, we decided against the property but even post this the service was of a very high standard and one of the few letting agents who actually felt like they cared. Very impressed and hope to do business again with them.

Molly was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to help us complete our rental to move in as quickly as possible.
