GoogleExcellent service for the past few years. Kayleigh is exceptional. She has great knowledge and is always happy to help and answer any questions I may have. As a landlord it is reassuring to know she is there to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend.

GoogleWe cannot thanks Donna, Adam and Nick enough for their professionalism and support in not only the purchasing of our new property, but the sale of our old property, which was not even on the market, at that point. Two weeks from making an offer on the purchase and having it accepted, to agreeing the sell price and selling our property justifies the accurate and good market value assessment from the team. We are extremely satisfied and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleOur experience with Adam, Donna, Nick, Matt and Jenni was nothing short of fantastic. They worked collaboratively from the viewing process, negotiating the price, through to completion and even ensuring that we settled into our new home after completion. This was not the most straight forward home purchase process as we had to change our mortgage advisor and solicitor and start the process all over, then we were faced with a rather prolonged admin process due to a backlog at the lenders, yet this great team never backed out, they were positive through our challenge and stayed engaged with us and gave other parties a nudge to ensure the process did not stall. They also gave us some bubbly and gift for our new home. We can’t fault the support we received and will recommend them over and over. There may be other staff who got involved in the background whose names we don’t know, we want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU and that we look forward to doing more business in the future!

GoogleDue to circumstances, I have used C.J. Hole a couple of times in the last 18 months and on both occasions received an excellent service. Tim and Jill could not have been more helpful, arranging viewing and dealing with enquiries. They are always there to answer questions and chase up the others in the chain so you always know what's happening in what can be a frustrating process. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at C J Hole in Downend have been amazing throughout the whole process. Andy and the team were the Estate Agents for my purchase so I was not paying them a fee, despite this they have been knowledgeable, efficient and really supportive. If (when!) I move again I will definitely use C J Hole and cannot recommend them highly enough.
