A particular big thank you to Cleo, who was absolutely fantastic and efficient. She received countless emails and phone calls from us, and was always quick to respond, and action when needed. An extremely professional estate agent who have made the selling of our home as smooth as possible, in a particularly challenging time. Communication has always been extremely efficient and have always had prompt responses to any method of communication and never had any problem getting hold of anyone. A particular thanks to George and Cleo who were the key people involved in our sale. We got C J Hole Bradley Stoke to sell our house. Sam and her team did extremely well, despite the 3 lockdowns. The best touches were, coming back to get a picture on a sunny day, sending all the people who did the viewing so we showed them our home & it's highlighted, keeping us updated after each viewing as well as updating us on the sale every week. An absolute pleasure to speak/deal with in person or on the phone. Thank you to all at the Bradley Stoke Branch

GoogleDo not allow CJ Hole to manage your property- The year I spent letting from CJ Hole was terrible. Our bathroom ceiling fell in, and they took over 2 months and countless emails and phone calls to give us any kind of compensation. When our property manager left, we were left without any kind of support or indeed any reason why our emails were suddenly going unanswered. At every possible opportunity they attempted to make us liable for faults with the property- when the key got stuck or the fact that the heating, water etc. didn't work. I was told point blank if any of my actions had caused it I would be charged at great expense. To add insult to injury on moving out of the property, I was charged £288 for the cleaning of the bathroom. The ceiling had fallen in only 3 months earlier, and while I was assured money would not be taken off my deposit for issues like discolouration or the inevitable mould that comes with a bathroom filled with water for a week and a half, here we are. Overall, I've found the experience entirely dehumanising, to them I am nothing but a way to get more money.

I put my flat up for sale after the first lockdown in 2020 and the staff at CJ Hole, Worcester made the whole experience go smoothly. They dealt with everything leaving me to concentrate on the new home. I moved long distance and had support from the staff all through the process. GoogleWorst company ever had to deal with, they will try and charge you for breathing inside your own house that’s how ridiculous they were being with getting our deposit back. Landlord said he would pay for a damage that occurred due to the property not being well maintained from way before we moved in, then tried to charge us for it at the end of the tenancy, good thing we had emailed proof that he said he would pay it. Do not bother with these people trust me

GoogleCharge £150 check in fee for a rental, didn't give us the door code for the building or even tell us we needed one on the day we picked up the flat keys from the local office. When we arrived thhe previous tenant was still in the flat, not fully packed and hadn't cleaned up. The first few days of moving in we had to clean the place ourselves. The landlady apologised but cj hole didn't offer us a refund on the check in fee despite there not being one.

GoogleExtremely terrible customer service, agent was unbelievably rude to me. Called up to ask for property details, and the agent told me to NEVER ASK AGAIN. He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN. I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.
