GoogleExcellent customer service! 100% recommended if relocating from outside the UK! I just moved to the UK from France and finding an appartment has been very tough. The whole team and especially Magda were very helpful and I managed to secure a property for rent despite having to go through a lot of paperwork. Don't hesitate to contact them!

GoogleWe worked with CJ Hole in Bishopston to sell our flat in Montpelier. They were fantastic from the initial meeting to completion. After excellent photos, they organised a very successful set of viewings and sourced a number of excellent offers. We were handled by a key team and never felt like we were bounced from person to person. We really got a personal service. They also were competatively priced. When issues arose, they were always responsive and helpful. We were aiming to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and the team at C J Hole worked very hard to ensure we met it. I can't reccommend them highly enough. If you're selling in Bristol, they're a great option to chose.

Buyer's were quickly identified with a preferred purchaser emerging to proceed with. A long process then ensued but was regularly chased while always keeping me well informed. In particular, the agent who was in charge of my house sale was optimistic, calming and understanding by turns - all qualities you need when going through the slightly stressful business of selling your home. Things went as smoothly and efficiently as they could, given that my house sale came with some hiccups of its own. Thank you.

GoogleI decided to rent my flat out and Im glad I chose CJ Hole to oversee and manage the process. They are experienced and helpful, and work resolutely for you. The extensive upgrades were overseen to begin with by Jaimin Tankaria and then by Emily Krainc. Both Jaimin and Emily are very diligent and friendly, and with a great depth of knowledge on all things to do with property management. They got things done swiftly and efficiently. I would like to thank them both. And I would also like to thank Tim Pepper, Ben Chapman and Chloe Fletcher and everyone else who i spoke to for your help and advice in getting it set up. To sum up my experience with CJ Hole in three words: Proficient, Personable, Professional.

The whole team was extremely professional, the communication was second to none, and the experience was as stress free as they could make it. After receiving wildly differing valuations from other estate agents, theirs was the correct one, and the sale went through with no hold ups, or problems. We can definitely recommend the team at Gloucester Road - no need to go anywhere else!

GoogleI was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process. Rowena kept things moving and was constantly updating me on progress as well as progressing the buyers and their legal team. Overall, I think the service I received from start to finish was professional and responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI am renting a property in Charlton Hayes, and the property is managed by CJ Hole Bradley Stoke. Absolutely terrible…. The shower broke on the 2nd of July, today the 12th of July still unfixed. Shower unit can be bought from BandQ or Screwfix of the shelf but . Apparently a contractor has been awarded the job and are waiting for the part. It is a shower unit not an aerospace engine, how long it take to be delivered? This is the ONLY shower in the flat. I asked today if someone can actually go and get it from screwfix but the answer was no , basically stay and stink even if I pay £1000 per month Appalling and unprofessional, from a bunch of underpaid young people which they call themselves professional! Thank you for your comments, we always welcome feedback from clients. As you are aware from our conversation today your property manager obtained a quote from the plumber and obtained authorisation from the landlord the same day that you reported the issue with the shower, 2nd July 2021. The new shower was ordered on Monday 5th July and the contractor was initially advised by the supplier that it would arrive in 2-3 days. Sadly this was then extended to 3-7 days. The shower is due to arrive Wednesday/Thursday and the plumber will fit it as soon as it arrives. The shower concerned is only available to order and is unfortunately not something that can be picked up in-store from Screwfix, B&Q etc. It is better to fit the exact same shower so the size matches and is also is like for like on quality. We do note that there is a 2nd bathroom in the property with a bath so hope this hasn’t been too inconvenient but do appreciate that it hasn’t been ideal. However we hope you can see that everything is being actioned by all parties as soon as possible.

Julian was so patient with us while it took us some time to go to market and so flexible working at our pace which was eventually a very quick market and sell to meet our needs, he was always available and on offer to provide really helpful and comprehensive advice. Taylor was excellent with our viewings and offers, so friendly, willing and enthusiastic - getting us all the info we needed to make decisions and again offered himself to be available for any advice we needed along the way of our sale and onward purchase. Then Helen, well what can I say! Helen is absolutely fantastic and certainly goes above and beyond when it gets to progression - offering me all the assurance I needed, regularly updating us and keeping all parties in touch and on track - even hanging on after hours when awaiting important emails! GoogleHad us enter a bidding war to be able to rent a place. This is entirely unethical, lots of people are being priced out of housing and then advertised rents are only 'starting points' for rent negotiations. It's people like these that are generating a desperate and poor generation, profiteering off peoples' basic needs. Disgusting.
