I had a fairly torrid experience with another estate agent - I had travelled from London for the viewing and despite two calls prior and an email confirming - it was cancelled 30 minutes before my arrival as the property was let. Enter CJ Hole and the extremely professional and personable Zara - who not only secured the viewing of a beautiful property but guided me through the whole process with knowledge, humour and above all - patience (I was in constant contact!). From the start in listing my property CJ Hole were really professional, polite and down to earth. Advising realistic expectations and understanding what I needed and what was happening in the market. Mitch was super helpful in my listing and viewings and helped with all issues. Once sold the support were great. There were some challenges from my buyers solicitors (pays to spend good money on a decent solicitor and not go with the cheapest) but Hollie supported me and chased daily to ensure It all went through. Overall the patience and support given was outstanding. A lovely team and estate agent to use. I'd highly recommend them . The after care received from Hollie was exceptional and made me feel very supported.

Renting in Bristol is tough at the time of writing, and had been looking for at least 3 Months. I have applied to many properties and state agents with many of them not replying to my messages, moving and cancelling viewings as they wished in a very disrespectful manner. A lot of them ask to complete long forms with all your personal information and even ask for bank statements just to apply for the property. At CJ Hole the process was easy as replying an email with just a few details and the response was very quick after that. My experience by email and phone with their staff was always positive and friendly which really makes a difference when finding a place to live in.

We have been extremely impressed with CJ Hole Westbury on Trym/Henleaze office since beginning our house hunting journey and I would definitely recommend their service. I am often sceptical of Sales people (sorry!) but I felt they were transparent & honest throughout. We saw our dream home on Rightmove, without ours even been on the market. CJ Hole agreed to let us view it, and within 72 hrs our own property had been valued, photographed and appeared on Rightmove with the subsequent 4 days being filled with 19 viewings! It was the efficient service and helpful advice which put us in the best position to enter sealed bids and secure our dream home whilst getting the best price for ours. Fast forward 270 days and we finally moved in!! The delay was due to an incomplete chain for a number of months but Cleo kept us updated regularly throughout. Towards the end things weren’t entirely smooth, with old solicitor practice combined with a fairly long chain, yet Cleo kept pushing & chasing and we felt she was really working with us to get the final outcome we all wanted. Her passion and determination she shows to her cases is excellent and we’ll be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone at CJ Hole, and although we hope not to move again anytime soon, we will recommend you to anyone who is!

She kept things moving, chasing all the parties in the chain, always knew exactly what was happening and was great at keeping us informed. We were certainly hard-work clients, with one failed sale and two failed purchases, but she stuck with us throughout and got us to our desired pre-Christmas completion. I don't think we could have done it without her!
