Everyone at Cjhole have been incredibly helpful and friendly through our moving process. We have had Ben Ellis helping us with any queries regarding our new home and he has been brilliant through out. Have nothing bad to say about the agency as they have helped up with anything we needed throughout :)

TrustpilotGood throughout but poor moving out process
No issues with the letting agents throughout my tenancy however I experienced rude customer service moving out of the property. After moving out and fully cleaning the property, I received a phone call stating that the property was left unclean and with broken appliances. The agent clearly hadn’t visited the property or looked at the moving in inventory and it seemed CJ Hole were trying to get me to pay a cleaning fee (which I’m sure they benefit from) as I stood my ground and the agent called back 10 minutes later saying they were mistaken. Also took 2 weeks after moving to begin the deposit return process.
I am so sorry to hear the confusion, but I am glad to hear the situation was promptly resolved. Best wishes for the future

GoogleGreat experience with CJ Hole - we were buying a property that they were selling and throughout the whole process they were brilliant. Chris was great at getting our situation across to the sellers which meant they accepted our offer, and particular thanks to Cassia who was just brilliant in the later stages of the house buying process. She was always so positive despite the inevitable stresses and bumps that come with buying a property, and was always incredibly efficient and responsive when we needed to chat. Having dealt with a few estate agents in Worcester, CJ Hole were absolutely the best we've encountered so thank you.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with all of our interactions with the team at CJHole in Henleaze. We have recently sold my parents home, where they lived for over 40 years. From the initial contact with Tim who fully appreciated our situation, the viewings accompanied by Josh which were done in such a covid compliant manner to the efficient professional management of the sale process by Cleo, all have been fantastic. After 2 days of viewings, showing 12 proceed-able parties the property, we had 4 offers and within 3 months the sale was complete. We could not have asked for more. This team is highly recommended.

Luckily C.J. Hole was the sellers’ agent. Lorraine was extremely efficient, helpful, polite and pro-active. We experienced difficulties with our solicitors and Lorraine proved to be an experience intermediary. When things fell through the cracks with the solicitors, Lorraine was on the ball to sort it out. I can unreservedly recommend C.J. Hole at Westbury-on-Trym.
