Google(Kingswood Branch) WOW where do I start. This company especially Kerry, Eva , Donna, Vickie and Jeni have been just amazing. It wasn't a easy process with a buyer pulling out etc. However this being said CJ Hole went above ans beyond to get a new buyer, nothing was too much trouble. Emailed and called with updates all of the time. Even when there wasn't much update we heard from them. From the initial visit from Donna to value the property, to the viewings, and everything since has been 11/10. Forever grateful to this company for their hard work, especially from Kerry. They've recently come back to the area and the guys at CJ Hole - particularly Ben - are really personable, professional but also human and open to having a great rapport straight from the get go. I actually didn't end up purchasing from them, but they were great at following up with me (a lot of other estate agents didn't bother) and left a lasting impression that CJ Hole actually cares. GoogleCalled to view a property less than 24 hours it was listed on Rightmove 18th June. I wanted to view ASAP as I was in a position to offer having no chain, 40% deposit and an AIP. I was told I couldn't view as they already had 20 viewings booked and they weren't accepting anymore! They said it was at full capacity. I asked if every viewer was in a position to proceed and the man at the end of the phone said yes. Really? I was so frustrated. The irony is they didn't even register my details, I purchased a property within 2 days with another agent who was amazing and the property I wanted to view with CJ Hole is still for sale a month later in Baldwin Road, Stourport! Are you really doing the best for your vendor? You certainly aren't for your potential buyers. Fingers crossed you will do better in the future. 🤞NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just completed on our house in Worcester. This was the first time we were in a chain, selling and buying. From viewing the property through to completion the team were fantastic at CJ Hole. Everyone went out of their way to help us reach completion. Unfortunately the process became a little tricky owing to some issues with our vendors - without Cassia's excellent service we may not have completed prior to stamp duty reduction, or at all. Cassia really is a fantastic member of staff who has chased everything, kept us constantly updated and honestly maintained our sanity! Could not recommend buying with them enough! Googlerecently made our first purchase through CJ Hole and can emphatically say they are by far the best estate agents in worcester. We had been house hunting for our first time home for 3 years and had dealt with pretty much all estate agents before finding a property through these guys that we liked. They were not pushy (like some we had dealt with) Gave us time to look around without time limits, were completely professional, worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can not thank them enough, especially Gareth and Cassia, who were always at the end of the phone when needed and went above and beyond to get answers to any queries we had in record timing.
