GoogleHollie has been really amazing through the process of our house purchase. Extremely responsive, helpful, and has been key to keeping things moving and on track by facilitating good communication between us and the vendors. CJ Hole in general were really professional and I appreciated their straight approach - for example when we viewed the property they didn't mention any other buyers or offers to try to rush us into making a decision before we were ready. TrustpilotImpolite treatment!
I just received a call from you and was terribly and impolitely treated. They called to ask about my availability for today and were reluctant to give me more info on the property and started to ask me questions. They didn't allow me to finish my phrase and explain why or how we could be a possible tenant and just kept repeating they can't offer it to us. They literally ignored me and hung up. This is no way to treat a person. I am very disappointed, I had been very well treated in the past from CJ Hole.

GoogleWe sold our flat through CJ Hole Kingswood and they were absolutely excellent. From valuation to completion they worked tirelessly for us. We had a few bumps in the road and they really stepped up to help smooth them out. Throughout our sale journey I think we ended up dealing with each member of the team and they each individually were excellent - really caring and friendly the whole time. We dealt with Kerry and Eva mostly and they were absolute stars at progressing the sale at each stage of the way and advising us. I can't recommend them enough - I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

He immediately saw the potential of the property, his valuation was spot-on, he knew exactly the sort of buyer it would appeal to. GoogleI decided to rent my flat out and Im glad I chose CJ Hole to oversee and manage the process. They are experienced and helpful, and work resolutely for you. The extensive upgrades were overseen to begin with by Jaimin Tankaria and then by Emily Krainc. Both Jaimin and Emily are very diligent and friendly, and with a great depth of knowledge on all things to do with property management. They got things done swiftly and efficiently. I would like to thank them both. And I would also like to thank Tim Pepper, Ben Chapman and Chloe Fletcher and everyone else who i spoke to for your help and advice in getting it set up. To sum up my experience with CJ Hole in three words: Proficient, Personable, Professional.

As a first time landlord I needed to find a reliable agent to manage my property. A friend suggested C J Hole in Hucclecote. From the moment I entered their office I was made to feel like a welcome and valued client . The entire team have been professional and efficient at all times. They are very prompt when dealing with any issues that arise and keep me fully informed . I also receive regular updates on any general information relating to property rental. GoogleWe have been extremely impressed with CJ Hole Westbury on Trym/Henleaze office since beginning our house hunting journey and I would definitely recommend their service. I am often sceptical of Sales people (sorry!) but I felt they were transparent & honest throughout. We saw our dream home on Rightmove, without ours even been on the market. CJ Hole agreed to let us view it, and within 72 hrs our own property had been valued, photographed and appeared on Rightmove with the subsequent 4 days being filled with 19 viewings! It was the efficient service and helpful advice which put us in the best position to enter sealed bids and secure our dream home whilst getting the best price for ours. Fast forward 270 days and we finally moved in!! The delay was due to an incomplete chain for a number of months but Cleo kept us updated regularly throughout. Towards the end things weren’t entirely smooth, with old solicitor practice combined with a fairly long chain, yet Cleo kept pushing & chasing and we felt she was really working with us to get the final outcome we all wanted. Her passion and determination she shows to her cases is excellent and we’ll be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone at CJ Hole, and although we hope not to move again anytime soon, we will recommend you to anyone who is!
