GoogleFrom the first viewing and acceptance of our offer until completion, CJ Hole remained attentive, polite and customer focused for both the Buyer (us) and the Vendor throughout this purchase. Chloe Brutto particularly stood out in this property purchase, for her attention to detail, speed of response and good old fashioned 'helpfulness', something rarely seen these days, especially in the housing sector. I would happily recommend CJ Hole for either buying or selling your property.

GoogleCJ Hole Westbury were great throughout the sometimes stressful process of purchasing our new home. A clear process for making offers and then good communication throughout until exchange / completion. It was challenging at times (solicitors, lender requiring structural survey, etc) which slowed everything down but Lorraine was great at ensuring everyone knew what was going on chasing people down to ensure exchange happened as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

GoogleTook 7 months to find a buyer for my flat in the quays. Had to drop the price by 5% below the lowest value that I had been recommended by CJ Hole. The buyer then messed me around for 4 months as he was on a chain that kept falling through. In the end I swapped for Naylor Powell who found me a buyer the same day I met the agent. We completed 7 weeks later selling at a higher price. Oh, and the solicitor that CJ Hole recommended had a cyber attack that brought their IT system down so I had to swap solicitor too... Nice enough people in the office but not good enough I'm afraid.NegativeQuality

I have let my property through these agents for 8 years. I live overseas and in a different time zone so contact with me can sometimes be a little more difficult. The agents have always worked around this. They have gone above and beyond to make everything easy for me and to support my tenants. They also found me the best tenants anyone could ever ask for. I would never consider leaving these agents!

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with this agency. We have taken over the property from the previous tenants without inspection and we have been asked to sign an outdated inventory (by 8 months). The house was filthy and damaged but we still agreed as there was pressure of time. After one year we were asked if we wanted to renew and we accepted. Our response was ignored and only 4 months later we discovered that the renewal was not completed and we were on a monthly basis arrangement without our knowledge. When we confronted them, they cited our contract and refused to take any responsibility. We renewed the contract after a lot of delays and yet again we were asked to sign the same outdated inventory. At the end of our tenancy they told us that all 3 keys we handed back (the ones we were using up to the last day) were not working and that we would have to pay for the lock change without them providing any proof. We delivered the property in a better state than we got it but it has been 3 weeks and still they have not given us back our deposit. They claim that the property needed cleaning, even though it was handed in an immensely better shape than when we took over and supposedly the landlord is calculating the deductions, some of which seem to be for damages from the previous tenants. They have not returned my calls about the deposit. The stress and discomfort this agency has caused us is immeasurable. Avoid!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleThey do not know how to manage a building. When I checked in for the first time in one of their buildings, the freezer door was broken, the oven didn't work and the shower floor was broken. If you need something to be fixed it will take more than a month for it to be fixed. They don't keep the tenants updated either. They do not keep the building clean. It was a complicated property and they have all been so incredibly attentive, helpful and understanding to our needs and requirements throughout the sale. The whole team always made sure to provide us regular updates, excellent communication, kept in good contact, gave us a lot of good advice to help us think through our options, were very knowledgeable about the area and potential buyers, and generally reassured us along the way.
