We recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

GoogleI was extremely happy with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend CJ Hole at Kingswood. Everyone was friendly and approachable and quick to respond to any contact I made with them.They were on top of the sell of my property from the initial marketing right through to completion, constantly liaising with the buyer and both solicitors ensuring nobody was dragging their heels.I was kept fully up to date throughout. Buying or selling, they would be my first choice.

Very poor an unprofessional people No communication...made numerous calls and emails but hardly you see a response from them especially when there is only 2 people working and they have a tiny office of a size of a nest. BEN who is one of the agents is very rude and unprofessional , he started swearing at me over the phone and lost his cool and hang the phone up... Please avoid them at all cost,,,they are the worst in all aspects.. Fake promises,...unprofessional attitude and rude staff, I wonder who is the owner of this company and how is this operating...
