GoogleAn absolutely fantastic team especially Ben who was with us throughout the entire process. They have made the process of organising student accommodation so easy for us. GoogleWe recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

GoogleAs a buyer I found this agent polite, helpful and informative. They did a good job for their client. My main criticism would be the branch location in Burnham-on-Sea and parking challenges when we needed e.g. to physically provide them with information for due diligence.

My mum's property sale fell through twice, but they were very quick in getting it back on the market and arranging buyer visits straight away. GoogleWhilst initially being mislead regarding our buyers situation and subsequently ending up in a chain that dragged on for many months, we were most fortunate to have a very proactive, hardworking individual with a never give up attitude who helped us get things done when it really mattered. If you are buying or selling through CJ Hole Kingswood, I would strongly recommend Kerry as your sales Progressor. Not only will Kerry do what she says she will do, she will also take on the work your solicitor should be doing for you. 5 Starts for Kerry, 2.5 for CJ Hole Kingswood.

I saw an ideal flat in Bristol and I know you have to act quickly in the current market. I approached on the day the ad was posted, no reply by email or on the phone line. I went to the branch, it was closed. I left a note. I called back the next day, the day after that and for the next four days, leaving voicemail messages on their answerphone. I called another branch to confirm Southville hadn't closed down. I called for a further two days, and emailled, and then tried the online "chat". The operator apologised but confirmed that someone would call me back on Friday. Unsurprisingly, no-one called. I went back to the chat room on the Monday and was told someone would call back within the hour (10am). No-one called. I went back to the chat at 1pm and was told someone would call within 20 minutes. No-one called at all ........ and so I gave up. I have funds ready to move in immediately, so would have been an ideal customer. I would hereafter actively avoid any enquiries to CJ Hole, as the experience was as bad as any experience with a rental company could be. I can't think of a way to make the service worse. SMH. The experience of the Southville branch also taints the whole reputation of CJ Hole, so while I have read more positive reviews of other branches, the whole brand is now tarnished for me, and I would not use any of the services for CJ Hole. I am also currently selling a property, and of course I will not consider CJ Hole under any circumstances, as I know they will fail to put buyers in touch with sellers - their supposed raison d'etre.
