GoogleRecently bought a new home through CJ Hole. They were so helpful throughout the whole process of moving. Sommer was mainly dealing with us and we have to say, we were so impressed. She kept us informed, up to date and didn't mind the odd email of what probably was a silly question. All we can say is, thank you so much to Sommer and the whole team. We'll recommend you to friends and family, no hesitation.

GoogleWe have been really pleased with the service that CJ Hole (Kingswood) have provided for us. We have had a very long house hunt and it is nice to nearly be at the finish line. Staff at CJ Hole are friendly and approachable and are quick to replay to any emails or phone calls and discuss any queries or questions you may have. Special thanks to Jodie who made the viewing process an enjoyable one and was then able to put forward our offer for us. We'd also like to thank Isaac who initially recommended the property to us. Great choice of estate agents.

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish from CJ Hole. Professional and friendly throughout, helped me find a suitable rental property to meet my specific needs and from viewing through to moving in, I could not have asked for a better service. Orrin was our primary contact, provided a timely viewing, helpful professional advice and total understanding to help us secure the property and trouble free moving in. Abby was also super helpful and empathetic in helping us share our situation and advise how best to work towards securing a suitable property. Would totally recommend CJ Hole and will continue to use in future.

GoogleWe sold our property through CJ Hole in January 2023 and have had an excellent experience. Donna came round to meet with us initially and to provide a valuation. She came so well prepared and we were extremely impressed with her knowledge, paperwork showing other recent local sales and she was very friendly and polite. Donna was excellent to follow up with and promptly came back to photograph and arrange the write up for our house. Jodi handled the viewings for our home and did a fantastic job. Once we had accepted an offer we dealt with Kerry to progress the sale and purchase. Compared to agents I’ve used when buying and selling previously, Kerry was by far the best. She kept us updated when promised, worked really hard to progress the sale as quickly and efficiently as possible and was very polite and friendly throughout. I would recommend CJ hole Kingswood to anyone - we have been so impressed from start to finish.

GoogleI have just purchased a property through CJ Hole. What should have been a simple purchase became hampered by every possible external problem, financial crash / terrible solicitors etc (not related to CJ hole). CJ Hole's sale progressor Kate, completely saved the day. She has outstanding industry knowledge and the tenacity and drive to hold all parties to account (including me!). Ultimately, Kate gets things done in an industry that loves to procrastinate and move slowly! Thank you Kate!

I don't even know how this company has managed to receive anything more than one star. They are absolutely useless, I have no idea what their staff do all day because it certainly isn't helping their customers. They have time and time again failed to fix things properly and reply to my emails. The flat I have rented in Bristol is quite frankly disgusting and they couldn't care less. If you are looking to rent I would avoid at all costs and find a more respectable company. I haven't heard a good word about this company so I have no idea where any positive reviews are coming from.

C.J.Hole sold my house! Working with George and his team at the Westbury-on-Trym office, and everyone at the Henleaze office, was an absolute delight. They are all consummate, reliable professionals and great communicators. I received six cash offers in the first week after it went on the market, and this was not a pretty house. I cannot recommend George and the teams at C.J.Hole highly enough. Outstanding.
