GoogleKate was very approachable and personable and dealt with our purchase well. She kept us updated throughout - even with a tricky situation at the top of the chain. Our only request would be that CJ Hole develop an online system and dashboard for buyers so that we could check for updates ourselves. This would take the pressure off being available for phonecalls or checking for emails. But this is not a reflection on Kate - just a suggestion for the company!

GoogleCJ Hole are a completely unprofessional and inept company. Throughout my tenancy at flat 21 in the platform, they have provided an awful service. Throughout the tenancy they would not reply for days when I had issues that needed solving, while also displaying a complete disregard for my safety by failing to fix the locks on broken exterior doors. However the worst has come since I have moved out. At the start of this month I was emailed about deductions from my deposit. Upon attempting to dispute the deductions, instead of helping me come to a resolution, CJ Hole have decided to ignore me for almost two weeks. This is completely unprofessional and reflects the terrible service I have received throughout my tenancy.

GoogleI have just endured a rather protracted flat sale and I can honestly say that without C J Hole, I might have gone quite mad. They have been consistently friendly, funny, wise and efficient. Every call answered promptly, every e-mail responded to and lots of energy expended chasing solicitors, builders and surveyors on my behalf. I drank them dry of coffee, had a couple of shouting fits when I needed them and dropped in whenever I needed to get a sensible opinion. They also helped me communicate with my buyers, exchanging useful information without always going via the solicitors. Right from the outset, they got me 22 viewings in 3 days and an excellent sale price. Where they really earned their keep though was the constant support and encouragement to shepherd me through the quagmire of what followed. It made a huge difference to feel that you weren't on your own just because the sale had been agreed. I would use them again without hesitation. I'm in no rush to ever sell again, but I will miss the free coffee......

GoogleHaving previously purchased a property through CJ Hole's Bishopston branch and being overwhelmed by the quality of the service, it was a natural choice to use their Redland branch to sell our late mother's Redland cottage. The service was fantastic and the sale went smoothly with the help of Victoria, who ensure that all sides involved in the transaction were up to date and had taken the necessary steps for the sale to progress to completion. The property was let when viewings were taking place and Josh from CJ Hole liaised directly and sensitively with our tenants. We were pleased with the price achieved and the competitive fee, and we won't hesitate to use their services again.
