GoogleWe have recently sold our property through CJHole. Tim initiated the sale and his advice and guidance at the outset was excellent. Thank you to Holly for managing the viewing and negotiating our sale. Once a buyer was found the sales progression was passed to Kate who we cannot thank enough, we had a number of setbacks and at times didn’t think the sale would go through, Kate kept on top of things throughout and offered sound advice and support. We found the whole team to be helpful and professional throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend CJHole if you are looking for an estate agent, .thank you again CJHole.

GoogleVery bad. I do not recommend this agency, they will ask you 100 questions and then tell you that you are not a good fit. And especially, a not very smart woman is sitting at the reception, she will answer the phone, she will write down your name for 10 minutes and then tell you that you are not suitable. With a good income in this agency, there is no chance of renting a house. don't contact them.

GoogleC J Hole Bishopston were the estate agents involved in the purchase of my first house and I could not have been happier with the service provided. It was a difficult journey but Andy was fantastic at updating me and ensuring there was good communication between all parties. I highly recommend them, I would not be in the house if it wasn't for them!

GoogleWhere to begin? Andy and his team have been incredible from start to finish. Clear communication, honest responses, and calm in the face of adversity. The sale of my property has been far from straightforward, but Andy remained proactive and positive throughout and always kept me fully informed. I am incredibly grateful for the support along the way and for the determination to get to exchange under challenging circumstances. GoogleAfter a slow start selling CJ Hole came into their own during the sale; good communication and advice, patient with the buyers and helped close the deal. Dealt with various staff and they felt like a cohesive team at all times. Recommended!

GoogleGenuinely really pleased I chose CJ Hole over other estate agents to sell my place in Sea Mills. I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often, but they spotted an opportunity to sell my place to someone who was previously planning to move up the road (it had fallen through). That meant I didn’t even have to put it on the market or deal with viewings - which was a huge help as I work full time and have young kids, so keeping the place tidy was not my forte! When things got a bit difficult towards the end both Kate and George were always there to see if they could resolve and work out what best course of action was. Highly recommend and would use again (though hoping not needed for many years to come!)

GoogleIF YOU ARE A TENANT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If you read through the reviews, they're all landlords related. This is not a company that looks after tenants. I will not mention my experience with them but I'm absolutely disgusted. 1 star is too much.

GoogleWe just sold an apartment in Bristol using CJHole. The sale was incredibly long and protracted. Without Victoria, I'm not sure it would ever have completed. She was fantastic at following up with all parties.
