GoogleGreat experience. We dealt mainly with Kerry. She was very proactive during the sale which did have its legal issues. Very grateful to Kerry and the rest of the team.
Thank you so much Marvin, we really appreciate the feedback and are pleased you were happy with the service.

GoogleCurrently working with Quaid and Max to rent our next house. Even though they are really busy they have made time for us and been very helpful, making the process a lot smoother. Quaid needs an extra mention though, allowing me a viewing after not being able to attend with my husband, letting me size up and get a feel for the space. He called to make sure all was still OK to meet at the house and when I made a mistake with the timings he managed to get to us really quickly. I was super grateful as my time was really tied up and he went the extra step for me to make it easier, even though it was my error. So thank you both.

allAgentsWould highly recommend C J
Would highly recommend C J Hole after using several Estate Agents in Bristol to set up a tenant, I found them by far the most efficient and professional. Rachel and Kirsty kept me informed throughout and were extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely be using them again.

During a very emotional sale of late parents’ property, Andy Musker was patient, kind and considerate throughout. Was never too busy to talk and even coped with my tears following exchange of contracts! Would highly recommend
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us Tanya. I really appreciate your kind words and using our services. I know it was an emotional transaction and so pleased we got you from A to B - albeit with a few tears at the end. All the very best wishes to you and your family.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first property through CJ Hole Henleaze with the help of Lorraine. Despite some of the challenges with the purchase, particularly at the end, we were very grateful for the patience and diligence shown. Lorraine was always very understanding of our position and we always felt listened to. Communication was prompt and any questions we had were passed on to the seller and answered quickly. We are very grateful for their service.
Hannah, we appreciate the time taken to leave the review - thank you. CJ Hole Team

The Trusted AgentFantastic estate agents
I bought, let and eventually sold my property all through CJ Hole - Hucculecote and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Tim and his team were professional and thorough throughout the duration of its let and sound advice has always been on hand when needed with regards to market value, finding suitable tenants and any rental changes. I always felt like my property was in trustworthy hands. My sale proved to be particularly challenging but Becky and Emma were especially fantastic. They remained on the ball and maintained communication with me throughout the process. Having experienced both sides of their business I would highly recommend and trust CJ Hole for both lettings and sales to anyone in the area. A huge thanks to you all!!
Thank you for your review and kind words. We are so pleased you have been happy with the CJ Hole Team!

GoogleGood agent. Bought my first home though them. Professional, quick to respond on enquiries. Don't push you to go wit their's mortgage advisor or solicitor like others do.
Oleg, thank you. This review is just great, and to the point! Enjoy your new home. CJ Hole Team

GoogleFor some reason this review is insisting on using my Bedstretch company account (we make bed extenders), and as I can't find a way to change it, here goes .... we recently completed on a personal house sale with C J Hole Westbury office and I would like to commend all staff for their proactive work ethic (we were previously listed with another estate agent but to no avail) but especially Lorraine who very patiently acted as an almost daily go between between the buyer and myself throughout the sale process and we got there - whoopee - thanks Lorraine and CJ Hole
Great review, thank you so much for leaving it. We appreciate your kind comments and we're glad you completed with us! CJ Hole Team

Tilly's expertise, attention to detail, and dedication helped my family find the perfect property effortlessly. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her clients made the process enjoyable. Tilly is a true professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of their dream home. Thanks to C J Hole and especially to Tilly.

GoogleHighly recommend this agency. CJ Hole have been extremely helpful in finding a home that suited us, and contacted us whenever a new property appeared until we found the right one. CJ Hole also offer great service if you are relocating and need virtual or modern ways of getting a home to cut down on travel time and costs; we couldn’t seem to find any other agencies that offered the same. They have continued to support us and provide amazing help and advice. Thank you!
