GoogleWe recently listed my mum and dad's property with C J Hole Burham on Sea , first contact we were impressed with Lisa, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We then meet Tom a very charming young man who was also very knowledgeable and professional, but also put myself and mum and dad at ease with the process. Tom is a great asset to the company and won't hesitate to recommend to friends should they wish to sell or buy Wishing you all every success for the future.

Thanks to everyone at CJ Hole Kingswood! The team have helped us so much throughout our house buying journey as first-time buyers and have been incredibly supportive a patient with us! Marc helped us thoroughly giving us advice on our mortgage and I would really recommend him. The rest of the staff at CJ Hole Kingswood were really helpful particularly Kerry who managed our sale with great attention and was always on hand to offer advice and explanation on what was happening.

GoogleI was completely satisfied with the service I received from C J Hole. They were able to sell my house in a very short time and at a great price, the whole process was made very simple. Their communication was fantastic, always keeping me updated and responding quickly to emails and phone calls. I always felt I was a priority even though I'm sure they had many many other clients to deal with! Couldn't have asked from more from an estate agent, would definitely recommend them.

GoogleJust sold my parents house through C J hole in Cheltenham. I cant thank them enough for all there hard work in achieving the sale in a difficult housing market. From the initial valaution through to them preparing all the property particulars, the constant updates on all the viewings and there negotiaton skills with the offers. It didnt stop there, the sale at times was tricky, yet there expertise and continued communication in chasing the chain and keeping us informed was amazing.We finally exchanged contracts sucessfully. Special thanks to Jenni, Ella and Annie. I cant recommend them enough to anyone selling locally in Cheltenham and the surrounds. Brilliant Experience!
