GoogleGreat experience with these estate agents. Prompt replies to emails, follow up and easy to book in an appointment with them. Met with Liam and he was extremely helpful and provided us with extra information post viewing which certainly helped to inform our decision making.

GoogleI recently had an issue with the mixer tap at my property, and I must say, Ellie was absolutely amazing in helping me get it resolved. She was prompt, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The issue was handled quickly, and the tap is now fully functional with no further concerns! Ellie made the whole experience stress-free and showed genuine care in making sure everything was sorted. I highly recommend CJ Hole Hucclecote for their excellent customer service. GoogleGood experience viewing properties with CJ Hole; Callum Barber was really helpful. I was late to a viewing so my relative came to view the property in my place but Callum was happy to show me the property as well when I arrived 10 minutes later. GoogleI have dealt with estate agents previously and have not had the best experiences. I have to say my experience buying with Cj Hole Redfield has been a dream! Everyone has been so communicative and friendly, just wanting the best for us. I’d like to give a special thank you to Justin and Annabel, both of them have been fantastic! Justin went over and above, I cannot thank him enough!! His response was timely and gave us some great suggestions for services as we’re not from the area. Annabel was kind, efficient and incredibly helpful! Exactly what I wanted out of an estate agent, they have restored my faith! I will definitely be using Cj Hole again and I hope both Justin and Annabel still work at the branch if/when I sell! They are both assets to the team. Thank you Cj Hole and team!
