They simply will not give even a ball park figure as to costs unless you engage deeply with them.. ie name, address, DNA and fav pop group!! I gave them location, house type, description, no chain info etc... and so on and they insist one of their pointy shod, cheap suited, 17 year old haircut chaps get in touch they could not indicate costs. Several other agents in Bristol say 1.5% or 2% flat fee and no argument... This agent thinks it is still 1985. They need to realize 2 things... The seller is the client and the agent is incidental, not pivotal.

GoogleHad a viewing for a house with Callum. Appreciated the phone call ahead of time to confirm. They clearly hadn't timed their viewings well and we had to wait outside the house for 15 minutes before we could go in. Some questions couldn't be answered by them and it was clear that there was not going to be follow up given that applications had to be in by the following morning (it was evening already).

GoogleI recently bought a property with CJ Hole. I found the team were all extremely informative and accommodating. I particularly worked with Karly, who did an amazing job of communicating and chasing information for me to move the process along. She made the process so much easier, particularly as I was a first time buyer. I also had a lot of communication with Ed who was also really helpful and friendly during the process. I would highly recommend buying through CJ Hole!
