GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with CJ Hole and have just had my offer accepted on a house thanks to them! Lindsay was/is absolutely amazing, so friendly, honest and generally the exact type of agent you would hope for going to viewings, I have had some not great experiences elsewhere, so she was a complete breath of fresh air and just a really lovely person! You can tell they are a great branch, as having dealt with Eva and Adam, who are both equally as friendly and helpful to speak to, the whole experience has been pain free, I didn't feel hassled, patronised, or stressed through the process of viewing and offering! Would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling and when I move, would come to them no questions asked :) thank you all so much xx

They treat new renters very poorly, they decided we couldn't afford the house and then continued to take money from us. From one miniscule mistake they cancelled the house and took my holding deposit. Nasty.

Really awful experience. They decided after very nearly finalizing the house that we cannot afford it and continued to withhold our deposit. This was due to a miniscule mistake that could have been easily rectified. They only care about monetary gain and are happy to take advantage of people to get it. Sadly house hunting is a desperate game so I won't say don't use them just beware of how they treat you.

GoogleI have just exchanged through C J Hole and I am very grateful for their excellent expertise and professionalism. I particularly wish to mention Victoria Grantham, without whose patience and tenacity we wouldn’t have made it. The purchase has taken a very long year, and Victoria ironed out the many problems we met along the way. She kept pushing for all the certificates, checks, upgrades and legal docs we needed, and without her we would not have got to the finish. If I could give them one star I would. For renters this is NOT the company to go through. We moved out of our flat, cleaned it very well and we’re charged ABSURD amounts of money for cleaning fees. We had to pay an early exit fee for leaving the property early (which we expected) but we’re charged a lot of money for really minor things that we didn’t need to be charged for. Have rented a few places before and never have we been treated this poorly. Really do not recommend if you are renting from them!
