GoogleC J Hole were very professional, with Adam taking the valuation appointment, (even singing along with my mobile when it rang). Making the whole process run smoothly, we were kept up to date with the sale, it was easy to contact someone, and as well as being helpful to speak to they were also very down to earth, just what you need from an Agent.

George and Corey were just absolutely brilliant in organising and supporting with our viewings. So lovely to chat to and just made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress free. Eva helped us through the application process and has been such a bucket of joy to chat to. I've had such bad experiences with agencies in the past who clearly don't care about us at all and so I was so relieved that everyone at CJ Hole has been so human, so kind and so welcoming. Would rent and buy through CJ Hole forever more. Also, as a cherry on top, I am so impressed with how thoughtful and thorough the landlord has been. Here's to many years in our happy home! GoogleWe had a positive house buying experience using CJ Hole, Kingswood. We described the style of house we wanted and they advised that they had just the one that was due to come back onto the market and we could view it. They were right, we loved said house and now very happily living in that house. The purchase was a little long, due to a few unforeseen conveyancing issues, but CJ Hole rep 'Kerry' was always a phone call or email away and readily leaned in to assist in the conveyancing part of the transaction to try and speed the purchase up by working with both sets of solicitors and providing updates. Many thanks for our lovely house purchase and I would recommend CJ Hole, Kingswood branch.

They made sure to follow up on all issues between the seller and us and helped with a mortgage advisor. Even though it was a long process, CJ Hole made it more bearable.
