GoogleThank you CJ hole and specifically the ladies we dealt with harley, emma and chloe for making it so easy for us to move a new tenant in from start to finish. After a not so easy ride previously with another agency I was really worried about how it might go especially since i live abroad and was not able to come back to the property for the change over. But it has been stress free and i dont know how it could have been any smoother to be honest! You guys will definitely be our go to for next time!

GoogleIt was a pleasure selling though C J Hole Clifton, we put the house in Tickenham on the market mid summer and sold quite quickly. We had short chain, but with a leasehold in the chain, it did slow the sale a little, although I'm not sure anyone else could have kept the chain together and got us across the line, well done James and his team especially Victoria. Thanks

GoogleCJ Hole were incredibly accommodating when I was buying a house from. It was an incredibly important and emotional purchase for me and my 2 young children. They completely understood that and Colin came out 3 times to show me the house and then James came out a 4th time to let me measure rooms. This was appreciated so much. When it came to sales progression Victoria was all over it, and kept things moving at a fast pace, and went above & beyond on completion date and made sure I had the keys in time to collect my children from school with 1 minute to spare 😊!Would totally recommend buying from CJ Hole in Clifton

GoogleThe Whiteladies Road brach of CJ Hole came as a recommendation from a neighbour. From very first contact we found them very pleasant to deal with. Valuation conducted professionally with no “hard sell” tactics nor any pressure applied. The Sales team lead by James were very good, and a special mention to Colin for his detailed feedback after conducting viewings, and indeed negotiating our sale. The star of the show was Victoria, the Sales Progressor. Her advice, input and help was paramount in making sure the transaction progressed successfully from acceptance of offer all the way to completion. Thank you!

Liam has a really good knowledge of properties in the area, he shared some great suggestions and gave us a lot to think about. He was extremely professional and came over as a very nice chap.
