When we decided to sell our property, we had a few agents over to the house to get a feel for what they could offer. We had already found a property to buy and had an offer accepted, so we needed to act quickly. Isaac was fantastic, from the first day we met him right through to completion. His communication was excellent, and we had frequent updates from him. He exceeded our expectations and kept us feeling positive throughout the journey, which always feels like a rollercoaster of emotions!! He was contactable through many different channels and at any time of day. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone! I would also like to mention Ian and Kayleigh, who work alongside Isaac. Ian did a fantastic job of the photos and had some really great ideas to try and make the house as desirable as possible! I don’t write many reviews, but Isaac deserves one!!!! Thank you so very much, to all of you, for getting this over the line. We are truly grateful.

I have recently had a viewing of a flat with Lewis and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly, providing feedback from the landlord promptly. Lewis really made the entire experience seamless and stress-free, ensuring everything went smoothly from the viewing to signining the tenancy agreement. His professionalism and help are much appreciated 😊

I recently sold my house in St George area Bristol I choose C J HOLE @ redfield branch Justin withers. I must say the reason I decided to go with Justin because his communication was fantastic. He kept me up-to-date with emails and phone calls when needed this was the key reason why I went Every I went through Justin. I was not living in the Bristol through the whole transition. So if anyone thinking selling their property, I would highly recommend to contact Cj Hole-Redfield through Justin. He is absolutely amazing. He will not let you down at all he is the key person for the whole sale of the house. Highly recommend the CJ Hole team at Westbury in Trym. They were friendly, professional, supportive and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Unlike other agents their extensive contact lists meant we had regular viewings throughout our time with them and as a result a successful sale. The sale progressor made sure we were regularly informed on progress of our sale. We are now happy in our new home and feel it's all down to committed staff at CJ Hole.

CJ Hole have the best presence in Westbury on Trym where my flat was. I did originally buy my property through them and over 20 years later they are still there. Completely professional throughout and so helpful and friendly to deal with.

I used CJ Hole Westbury to help sell my farther-in-law's house. Their estimate was the median of the agents quoting and their valuer was the best of the bunch being neither dull nor pushy. Their estimate was not achieved but they were professional and realistic and I wanted a quick sale. The buyer they found was honest and straight forward and we suffered no last minute offer reductions. The office staff were contactable and helpful. The delays we suffered were down to the conveyancing solicitor not the agent. From my experience I would recommend them.

Very unimpressed with everyone I have dealt with. The communication is terrible. Unresponsive. The negotiator talked about sealed bids when there were no offers. Calls unanswered. Feedback slow. Constantly chasing. Even when made a full offer price on a property. Surely comms is estate agency one o one.

Worst experience of our lives

Worst experience of our lives trying to buy through this agency. We offered numerous times and had no communication back from the agents. We put in offers that never made it to the owners. Had to chase daily to get updates as they couldn't keep to their own timeframes. Connell from the offering department was absolutely incompetent and ruined our chances of buying the home.
