GoogleI was blown away from the support I got from CJ Hole and in particular Karly. The sale of my flat ran into a lot of paperwork issues from the solicitors on both sides and it is fair to say that without Karly, the process would have taken twice as long as it did. I am very very grateful for her expertise on certain topics and also for the words of encouragement she gave me whilst it was tough going.

This is possibly the worst estate agents I've ever come across, namely Duncan Fleming, who lies to you and landlord alike.I've been waiting for the whole summer to get some basic maintenance done on the house, as well as a leak from the only toilet in the house where they've dragged their heels and eventually the kitchen ceiling gave way and it went over my partner, luckily no injuries yet they still took 2 months to get it fixed.We're still waiting for them to complete works and its been a month since anyone has been to the property. Both landlords and tenants should avoid these guys like the plague if you dont want to be messed around. Duncan Fleming shouldn't even be allowed to operate.

GoogleWe sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston and Andy and the Team were great from Emily during the initial sale process to Karly and Andy when progressing the sale. They regularly updated us with progress; helped with any queries we may have and were very supportive during a very anxious time as we were moving home after being in our property for over 25 years. They were always professional; extremely efficient but always friendly. When phoning the office if the person we needed to speak to was not available the person taking the call would always do their best to assist but if they couldnt the message got passed on very quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends and family who are looking to move in the future. Thank you so much Andy; Karly; Emily and Team!

GoogleTried to view two properties both times agent no interest don't return calls emails they don't answer the question if a property is still for sale to interested in finding out all your details. If you want to sell your property avoid this agent at all costs Even had someone else phone them and never replied to them Phoned head office an waste of time This company is not worth one star but had to leave it

GoogleWe have recently moved into a new rental property managed by CJ Hole, we had the most amazing communication and service from Ethan. He went out of his way to ensure we got the property and was on hand each and every day to answer questions and to help us through the process. I have lived in a few different rental properties managed by other companies, but none of them compare to the service we received from Ethan at CJ Hole.

If you are students in Bristol avoid CJ Bishopston. Be prepared for contractors to turn up on your door step with no prior warning, landlords to hold onto your deposit (and for them to argue over tiny amounts of money). I don’t know if it’s landlords squeezing every ounce of money out of students, or CJ trying to impress their clients. We paid £22,000 over a year for a student property, cleaned the house thoroughly, never had any complaints and took great care of the property. The landlord was getting bent out of shape over an airer being left for the next tenants. Damages on the check out report were contradicted with another inspection previously saying they were classed as wear and tear, but when the tenancy ended they were trying to charge us for it. The communication is abysmal. We (4 students) move into a house that had clearly not been inspected thoroughly, ceiling on the kitchen had to be replaced as it was rotten, and I mean rotten, along with various other things. Don’t make the mistake we did, and avoid them. Use someone else. Please.

GoogleRecently arranged a rental viewing and had a great experience with Max Wotton. He was well-presented and well-mannered, showed us around the property while giving us space to discuss between ourselves. Was able to answer our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. I also really appreciated receiving an email earlier in the day listing the information we’d be required to provide if we were interested and how he would proceed.
