GoogleCannot praise the team at the Mold branch enough. My house purchase took almost 5 months to complete due to unforeseen circumstances. The team of Cherry, Sian and Joe were fantastic in their regular contact and updates throughout the very difficult period. A five star service throughout.

GoogleMy brother and I have Autism and were buying a house from Beresford Adams and I have never been treated this poorly before the Estate Agent said could you give me your LAST AND FINAL OFFER because the home owner does not want to have a bidding war (please notice I have wrote this in capital letters) and I will ask the other buyer for their LAST AND FINAL OFFER so we offered our LAST AND FINAL OFFER which was higher than the other buyers the Estate Agent then called me to say congratulations you have the house then three hours later she called again to say that my offer has been topped by the other buyer when clearly there shouldn't of been anymore offers now we have lost the house we are now left feeling extremely stressed we really did not need this this has made us both unwell

GoogleGreat experience from the start. Leeanne mostly dealt with our case, and as fist time buyers, me and my wife both found the experience fairly stressful and confusing. Leeanne made things a lot clearer and simple for us and was always on hand to offer help and advice. Calls where always answered or returned in good time or, if Leeanne wasn’t around, someone else from the team would always be willing and able to help. We where always in regular contact and never left waiting or having to chase up information. The whole experience of buying our first house was made a lot easier with the help and support we received regularly from Leeanne and everyone else at Beresford Adams. We couldn’t ask for more. When we look to buy or sell in the future I would gladly use their services again.

GoogleIn a house moving world of madness, medeocrity, built in delays and organisations working to SLA's and people not doing what they said, let alone when they said they would, Leanne and the team at this branch of Berefsord Adams have been brilliant at navigating our sale through them and emmensly helpful in the purchase of a new place even when it was with a different Agent. You can go and do it cheaper I'm sure but save yourself some hassle. I would highly reccomend using this branch as they really do make a diffierence with their knowledge and willingness to communicate with all parties and get things done.

GoogleWell Laura the financial advice was brilliant when she sorted out my remortgage, I work funny hours and I was going to work at midnight most days so i was going to bed 4pm she did everything for me. Laura was very professional and I joy to deal with throughout the process excellent service, plus she sounded really nice to.

The advice from the start with the price right up to completion with coordinating with the buyers solicitors was spot on. GoogleHad a really professional service form Leanne at Beresford Adams. Have also worked with Iwan in the past as well and both experiences were very positive. They are a very polite, professional and prompt team. Good communication, and no hold ups. Everything went very smoothly and my recent sale with Leanne. Also assisted with a purchase about 8 months prior that had complications but Iwan worked very hard to come up with solutions and was incredibly helpful. Also used their linked solicitors - Countrywide for the legal side of my sale and Caroline was fantastic there too. All at a reasonable price. Will be sure to use both firms for any further conveyancing and realty needs in North Wales.

GoogleExcellent service from Leanne at Beresford Adams Holywell! Leanne was completely professional and kept regularly in contact throughout the process. The purchase of our new home was incredibly stressful with it taking much longer than expected and the arrival of my new baby in between, but Leanne always made me feel reassured and in the loop! If I could give six stars, I would!
