View AgentsProperty unfit FOR move in, poor response from agent
No check in offered, had to fetch keys myself, incomplete set of keys provided, oven and shower filthy, no lighting in bathroom (transformer faulty, but told to bring my own lightbulbs!), shower leaking into kitchen, gas fire not working, boiler faulty. Little urgency from agent in fixing faults, and refusal to acknowledge any responsibility despite issues being noted on the inventory taken prior to the tenancy.

FacebookRubbish! We are cash buyers that want to buy a house and rarely can they be bothered to pick up the phone. Very poor service indeed. Do not use these to sell a property or act as an agent for anything!!!

FacebookAs an Andrew Grant tenant of the last 12 months, Property Management (Chloe D in particular) have been fantastic. The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.

We collected the keys this morning. We had an issue with the radiator in the master bedroom. I spoke to Natasza and within a couple of hours an engineer was with us and had found a solution to which Natasza called to confirm, it is a breath of fresh air to have a good agent after the previous company we were with. Andrew Grant Bromsgrove have been fantastic during the sale of my mums house, and the purchase of her new property . Right from the first contact I found staff professional, understanding and willing to help wherever they could. From speaking to Jayne regarding valuation , to Sarah, who followed through the sale and purchase , nothing was too much trouble. The lines of communication were always open, and they returned all messages promptly and kept me updated through the process . Thank you to everyone at Andrew Grant.

Customer service has been excellent for me the staff are very friendly and look to solve a problem as efficiently and quick as possible. They never seem to ignore or divert a problem and will make sure you are as happy as you can be with the property you live in.

After a bit of a tetchy start, mainly through a certain grumpiness on my part due to some of your admin procedures, However after a few years, I have been well and truly won round by Louise. I have nothing but praise for her - she is always polite, attentive and efficient. She has dealt with some difficult situations with nothing less than a desire to see that all parties are happy. It's now become a delight to deal with her - it really does feel as though she is on my side. whenever there is an issue to resolve.

FacebookWe called into the Worcester branch a while ago. We were looking to move to Worcester and were considering selling our 5 bed home in Halesowen and possibly our rental property also. I approached a rather grumpy middle aged lady sat at her desk and requested a selection of property that they had available. "What price"? she asked. I explained that we could be looking for anything from a one bed apartment in the city up to a detached in the countryside- hence a selection of property."Oh no" she replied rather curtly, "Ive got hundreds of properties in the drawer and I cant just give you a selection"?What? How bloody rude!!! I'm so sorry for anyone who is selling a property wih Andrew Grant if this lady is dealing with potential buyers. We left and went to the estate agents next door who were extremely helpful. I told them of my bad experience at Grants and the gentleman said that it wasn't the first time that someone had been unhappy with the same lady. On Monday we put an offer in on a property and it was accepted. A lovely cottage 3 miles out of Worcester at just under 400k. And the commission will not be going to Andrew Grant.

Having looked for the right property on and off for around 2 years, we had as you can imagine, met and dealt with a fair few different agents in the area. We eventually ended up finding a property with Andrew Grant and bothJessica and Chloe could not have been more helpful. Throughout the whole process from viewing to completion, it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with an agent that was friendly, highly efficient and genuinely had our interests at heart. I cannot recommend Andrew Grant in Pershore enough!
