Thanks to his support, what could have been a stressful process was seamless and as stress-free as possible.
I was also supported by Matt, Sonia and Yasmin at various points throughout the process, and each of them was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to assist. Yasmin was particularly helpful in recommending a great architect, which gave me real peace of mind when considering potential planning applications and future work to the property.

Whether it’s day or night, whenever something needs attention, they’re always there and somehow manage to make things happen.
A special mention to Eve, who has been there for us throughout and has always been so supportive. She never makes you feel like you’re asking for too much and is always just a few minutes away from helping, finding a solution or getting things moving. We really appreciate everything she’s done for us.
And of course, Isobel deserves a special mention too. She looked after us so well and was always incredibly helpful before she moved on. She’s definitely missed!
From sorting out faults to tracking down those mysteriously missing items 😂, the team always seems to have an answer. At this point, I think they have a very impressive problem-solving and investigation department😂
What really stands out is how well we’ve been looked after. It’s rare to find an estate agent where you genuinely feel that people care about getting things resolved rather than simply passing you from one person to another.
We’re currently renting, but when we’re ready to buy, Frost Partnership will absolutely be our first choice. After being looked after this well, there really isn’t any reason for us to look elsewhere.
