Viewed a property with them a couple of months ago. Extremely helpful lady called Taylor helped us with the procedure which involved handing us over to another estate agent.

My experience with Taylors was very positive and the agent I dealt with, Jack was incredibly helpful. I was hesitant to ever use a letting agency after a bad experience years ago, however Taylors has changed my mind and I would recommend them if looking for a property in and around Cardiff.

Taylor was very helpful throughout the whole process. There was a last minute change of mind from the landlord for our first choice house (which was completely out of Taylor's control) and we were offered our second choice, which was actually a much better house although £150 a month more, without having to pay any extra fees. We were looking to move in very quickly and everything was organised by the time we wanted to move :)

After years of dealing with all different letting agents around Cardiff, Taylor has definitely been the most diligent and professional. Whilst getting us a client perfectly suited to our requirements she also achieved a higher rent for us. We will definitely give her our business when our other properties become available to let. Looking for and moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in a life time. With agency fees being as high as they are, I expected more help and a positive attitude. I'm not sure if I spoke to an agent from Albany road branch but I wouldn't recommend Taylors!

I have been very pleased with the service provided by both Jack and Taylor. They have found me tenants twice now, initially when I first purchased my property, and again when that tenant left. They found me new tenants very quickly, so that I had virtually no gap in rental income. I manage the property myself, but my new tenants moved in just as I was going on holiday so I was a little concerned that they would have no one to go to with any issues, but Taylor kindly offered to be a point of contact for them in case of any teething problems whilst I was away. When I need new tenants I will definitely go to Taylor’s at Roath again.

Was looked after by Hussein and Jemma the branch manager. We had our offer accepted in December and were very excited, however it took a little longer than expected due to issues out of our control, but we just recently moved in and we're very happy. There was a few ups and downs but as whole the process was smooth, and Jemma dealt with any issues we had promptly and in a professional manor.

I had a very hard time looking to purchase my first property, however when I went into Taylors they have offered me a one stop shop service, they have saved me money on my mortgage, they also actively searched for a property for me based on my preferences! And they helped me find the perfect home! I didn’t need to go anywhere else as they even offered me their solicitors which have provided a great service, and I exchanged my house within 12 weeks
