GoogleI cannot praise the staff, especially Lisa enough.Integrity, tenacity,professionalism, empathy and dignity describe the staff at the Yate office. Without Lisa's quiet determination and diplomacy our sale would have fallen through so we will be forever grateful.It wasn't just another house sale, Lisa treated our home with care and respect and her attention to detail when showing prospective buyers was reassuring.

GoogleThe staff here are brilliant. They were really helpful throughout the process with me buying a house. The communication was brilliant as I was informed regularly with and updates. I would definitely recommend, very happy with the service ???? Also Kaela who helped me sort a mortgage out was brilliant and made everything so easy through the process.

GoogleOn 03/10/2015 i have a appointment for view house i wait 1:30 hour front of the door but no body come and show me house i call them they said they will be there in 5 minutes but these useless estate agency takin a piss with customers USELESS COMPANY

GoogleI cannot recommend Taylors Stopsley enough. A big thank goes to Jamie-Lee in helping us secure our dream home, and supporting us through the whole purchase process. From the first viewing Jamie-Lee was a pleasure to work with, and she had extensive knowledge of not only the property, but the whole area. During the process Jamie-Lee took time to find out what type of property would suit our needs, and suggested a property that not only matched the brief, but exceeded it. During the viewing Jamie-Lee made useful suggestions, and made herself available for multiple viewings (sometimes at short notice) I would also like to give a special mention to Daniel who we also found to be extremely useful towards the end of the process. He kept in touch on a regular basis and helped us to keep the solicitors on their toes. This was extremely helpful when the solicitors decided to try and slow down :-) I would recommend this branch to anyone wishing to buy/sell in the local area.

GoogleWe had our house on the market with a different agent for 3 months before instructing Taylors & they managed to sell my property within 3 weeks of us signing up. They were brilliant from start to finish, the feedback & regular contact was great which is what we didn't get with the other agent.
