GoogleTaylor’s Dunstable sold our house efficiently and professionally, we also brought our new home from them too, Veiwings were lead really well and Adam who did this has a great professional manner, Matthew organised our mortgage for us and lead us through the steps being the first time we had brought and sold a property. Clive was an absolute diamond for us as we did have a few drawn out issues with the house we were buying and solicitors not really keeping us up to speed with the sale (countrywide conveyancing), Clive answered and chased all our issues and explained things in a understandable way rather than jargon. Dunstable Taylor’s as a whole I feel did a great job for us many thanks guys

I felt they were very professional and responsive to my queries, and I never felt like I was being a nag or a bother to them. GoogleCouldn't ask for a more helpful, dedicated and happy bunch of staff. After encountering a few issues with our previous letting agents, Taylors couldnt have done enough to help to resolve the issues, even walking to our old estate agents and trying to deal with the issues there and then! Special thanks to Taylor and Jack who are always willing to help as much as they can. Since day 1 Taylor has been incredible and the times when she wasnt available Jack stepped in and knew exactly what to do. I couldnt thank the pair enough. Me and my partner are so happy in our new home. Thanks Taylors ❤ would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleI have been thoroughly impressed by how seamlessly Taylors work. I would recommend in particular for any buy-to-let properties as Jack & Taylor in the lettings department make the entire rental process simple and hassle-free, and they work extremely efficiently with Jemma in the sales department who really does go out of her way to offer the best service. I have used other agents previously as a landlord, and Taylors are by far the best.

GoogleMy experience dealing with the staff at Taylors exceeded 18 months, on & off. I also had dealings with other agents in Yate who I found to be disinterested & lacked enthusiasm. Ben Clarke, Ashleigh Thwaites, Elise Walliker and especially Lisa Stiff gave us a more personal touch & were immense throughout the sale. Having emigrated mid sale the communication & constant updates by email were regular which gave us 'a good mind set' knowing all was in good hands because Not only were we getting good viewing rates when the market picked up after Nov 2018 but the team also made regular visits to inspect the security of our property. In March 2019 Lisa & Ben secured a couple of offers but one matched our asking price & were obviously delighted, especially after a sale to a property developer fell through after 6 months of contract talks. GoogleWe started letting our apartment through them, so far received very good and professional service. However, it's been 3 weeks now, but still haven't received any rent payment, just hope that their payment team is able to be just as prompt and professional as the customer service team (hence only 4 stars, otherwise 5), big thanks to Claudia and Kate. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleDavid Shepherd in this office is outstanding professional as financial advisor. I needed good financial advice for both remortgage and equity release. As this is long term decision I needed to ensure that I take the best advice. I wanted as long as possible fixed rate remortgage due to my prospective expectation for interest rate rise and the possibility to overpay when I can, reducing the capital and offsetting this way relatively expensive remortgage if I would have left it to the end of maturity. David Shepherd did communicate with me in open, knowledgeable and comprehensive way for both the remortgage and equity release, touching all aspects of the deal. He did it in non intrusive way, exhaustively exposing all possibilities which I can choose from. From different lenders and periods comparison, to overall price of mortgage comparison, different criteria for lending, different balances between size of borrowing and risk associated, narrowing down to my wishes. David Shepherd is familiar with the mortgage products and has the skill to listen the customer and respectively to provide all possible options, leaving you to make an informed choice.

Google-1000 Stars They will do anything to sell you a property even withholding very important information from you. The branch manager told me to shot up and didnt allow me to talk on a phone conversation. This is after i started talking politely and wanting to fully explain a very wrong situation. He said there wasnt need for me to talk and shouted STOP TALKING. At the end i let him talk and he did not answe accordingly to what i was saying because he refused to listen to me. I would never trust any one in that branch, no one at all expexially the branch manager, hopefully he wouldn't be for long.

GoogleHello, I was struggling to find somewhere to live in Northampton and I almost gave up. I went into Ashby Lowry and I was signposted to their sister estate agents Taylors. I was welcomed in a professional manner by a lady named Amy who sat me down and actually took the time out to understand my circumstances. I was amazed that Amy was the first person in all the estate agents in Northampton to actually listen to me. Wether she could help or not wasn’t in my mind, but what was in my mind was that someone was actually listening. That very day we arranged 2 viewings for the next day. My support worker and I arrived at the first viewing where we were welcomed by a lovely lady named Lily Remington. She was highly professional in all aspects and was very punctual. I knew from this viewing that the property was for me however we went on to view the second property. I was not rushed or pressurised into making a decision and I was given the time to think about my decision before later calling Taylors to confirm which property I wanted to go for. Lily was absolutely amazing alongside her colleagues throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much to ask for and we were made to feel very comfortable. We went through some hurdles to get the property due to some personal aspects of my referencing. However after a few days everything was confirmed. I was jumping and screaming with joy. I had finally found my perfect home which was a long time coming! The landlords themselves alongside Taylors were very efficient in replying to emails and phone calls. From the beginning to the end Taylors were absolutely fantastic! They tailored to my needs and listened! Therefore I would like to thanks Taylors for being so understanding and listening! You are a credit to yourselves and thrive in professionalism! To anyone looking for a property, look no further! Taylors is the place to go! A month on, I am now very settled into my new home and have never been happier! All thanks to Taylors! Just because I have now settled I still know that Taylors are at the end of the line and I can always count on them! GoogleI was buying a new build shared ownership and Taylor’s made it really easy to view the properties, complete the required paperwork and liase with the developers. Mohammed even helped me measure up inside the property - a really lovely and helpful guy. Only reason I’ve not given them 5 stars is due to some punctuality issues, which in their defence they communicated to me and were apologetic for, and their appointment booking system had some errors, but again they rectified things immediately. Very friendly office and I would recommend to others looking to buy in the area.
