GoogleThis was my first experience in selling a house and it was every bit as stressful as I had been told. I had numerous experiences with Peterborough estate agents which I won’t name but I had tom deal with the lot…. from over valuing your property so they can get your listing to the usual tell you everything you want to hear until they get your business and then don’t even have the common courtesy to answer your phone calls or call you back. I had actually taken my property off the market because I was fed up with the all bull being fed to me however after speaking to Mainul I decided to give his agency one last chance and the benefit of doubt. Mainul and his team were professional and courteous til the end, no matter how many times I called them and stressed them out. They went over and beyond to ensure that I got proper honest advise regardless of the outcome and even the possibility of loosing me as a client. Luis and Keegan were were brilliant every step of the way, from dealing with viewings right down to the assistance of paperwork and documents when we were at the conveyancing stage. It’s no exaggeration that they actually worked miracles and Im still baffled as to how we completed in such h a short time. I cannot thank Mainul, Luis and Keegan enough and they are credit to Taylors, as I mentioned before I had all but given up on the other so called “Major Players” in Peterborough. I cannot recommend them enough to friends and family who are looking to sell or buy as everyone else doesn’t come even close by way of service, expertise and truly keeping your interests at heart. If I could give 6 stars I would and believe me I have had experience with the other lesser estate agents to measure against. If you are looking to sell your house then these chaps are the ONLY ones to go and speak to. They are a credit to Taylors and I hope they can see the value that these individuals bring to their company. Mainul, Luis, Keegan and others behind the scenes, myself and my family sincerely want to thank you all for your efforts and assistance. Like other reviews Im forever grateful. Thank you.

GoogleFabulous service, not something that one says about estate agents however never judge a book etc. They have been nothing but support to me not only through the show round process but during the sale by using their skills to speed things along with solicitors. Excellent service with clear explanations. Big thank you to Luis ultimate professional and to Keegan always cheerful and polite. Well done would recommend to anyone.

GoogleShockingly bad service could never get hold of your reprentative on the phone and got told so many lies, the sale has now fallen through I would not recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleTaylors provided an unrealistic valuation based on two non-comparabe properties. Mainul even failed to measure the rooms because "one hour wasn't long enough" and gave me a far fetched sales pitch about bringing potential buyers up from London. Having now sold my property through Edward Stuart (who provided great service) Taylors are still leaving messages touting for business.

GoogleCalled to book a viewing for a house and was basically told that I couldn't afford it and that they wouldn't show me the property. Very disappointing that I'm being told that I can't purchase a house when the 'salesman' says, 'it's not in your budget'. Used to work for the Countrywide Group, can't believe how bad EA customer service!

GoogleTaylors is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my whole life! Totally unprofessional and cheats! I regret the day I signed up to use Taylors as my agent for my tenant! No replies, no call backs, do not deposit rent on time, do not chase the tenants, do not respond to emails and calls, do not address the complaints email, do not act on time, customer service does not exist in their dictionary and the list goes on and on! I had to do the work myself for which I paid them for! The amount of stress I had due to their unprofessionalism and carelessness is unbelievable and unmeasurable! Bunch of liars and cheaters in Luton Taylors agency. I can not believe such company is still operating and exist in the country like UK! They just rip off your money! So never ever even in my nightmares would recommend anyone to use Taylors! The worst decision of my life to choose Taylors! Really really really DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED by Taylors and the attitude of staff at Taylors (Luton). I really hope and pray this company actually shuts down!! It is shame in the name of Property agents! Does not deserve any star at all!

GoogleThe staff at Taylor’s Estate were absolutely amazing , they literally made our experience feel like we were about to make a flat not just somewhere to live but somewhere to call home. Bailey Bonner was so amazing durning the viewing, she talked about how kind our landlord was and that added a little more touch to the experience. Cypress Canavan walked us through our contract and every paper work like a professional and explained everything to us which helped a lot. Kyle Rankie was helpful as well , coming along with us to the flat to ensure that everything was in place. Like I said before the staff was absolutely amazing.
