What a great estate agent who sold the house in 48hrs of taking it on from another seller. Far from local to me and I couldn't have asked more from them in regards to the sale of my property. What should have been the most simplest of property sales in very aspect turned into a very stressful episode, with the sellers solicitors failing to respond at all during the lead up to exchange and completion of the house. David Miah requires a very special mention, a complete professional and has the patience of a saint who always went the extra mile every time to ensure that the sale went through, going above and beyond what was required of him to get the sale over the line and haranguing the buyer and his legal team. He is a credit to the organisation and without any shadow of a doubt I would use Taylors again and would specifically ask for David to be the case handler. Many thanks and a successful sale.

What a journey! We used Taylors during 2019 after falling in love with a house that they had on their books. From day one, each member of the team that we met treated us with a warm welcome, respect and support. We were so impressed, that we asked them to sell our house, and also used their in-house mortgage broker. By doing this, we saved money, and, were not required to mediate between various people / roles that come with house purchases and sales. They worked as a team, keeping a positive attitude throughout. We were well looked after by Ray, Jack, John, Ben, and Charlie. We had to reduce the price of our property during the sale process due to a minor slump in the local market and Taylors were not pushy at all, but suggested the best way to move forward quickly. To add to our journey, we also gave birth to our 3rd child during the house purchase process and received a lovely bouquet of Flowers and a bottle of Alcohol, a lovely gesture from the Taylors team. There was a great competitive vibe within the team to get our house sold and it was clear they were genuinely rooting for us to have a smooth and successful purchase. Viewings were professional, and well organised, and communication was regular and always positive. Any problems we encountered were always met with a solution or a plan of action. We would be happy to recommend Taylors, and even use again ourselves if the need arose. Thanks guys!

Very very bad experience as landlord. Please beware of the lettings manager Rachel Harris.Always had delayed payments to us continuing since 9 months.the account department also refuse to investigate the issue of what's happening since continously last 9 months. Very rude and unprofessional service from the lettings manager and very unhelpful and repeating the same issues since 9 months Worst thing she provided with wrong customer care complaint contact information details. So Taylors has totally fake service. Worst agents ever seen.

I wasted 3 months with a previous estate agent who was absolutely useless. I signed up with Taylor's in Watford and within 1 week my property was sold. A brilliant young man named Jack assisted me up to the point of sale and completely throughout the sale process, which didn't go on for too long. He answered any questions and concerns always in a charming and friendly manner.. and was always accommodating, going above and beyond to make the whole experience of selling my home 100% stressfree! I couldn't recommend Jack and the whole team at Taylor's highly enough, who were also very helpful when Jack was assisting other clients. From start to finish he kept me informed with regular updates, visited the property weekly to check everything was safe and secure and made what is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences ever, go smoothly with no hidden or unwanted surprises. Taylor's fees were very competitive and I would highly recommend Taylor's to market anyone's property without hesitation. Thank you Jack, Ben and the whole team at Taylor's Estate Agents in Watford for all your hard work and for delivering everything that you promised, after I had such an awful experience with another estate agent prior to marketing with this company. My experience with Taylors agency in Watford is being a nightmare! We did the check out on July 2019 and three month later, we do not have any response regarding the deposit refund. We have initiated the alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We consider unacceptable how Taylors is managing all the process with a lack of communication and when it happens, is completely contradictory. We strongly trusted and collaborated with the agency during the three years that we lived in the property and we never suspected that Taylor went to respond unprofessionally.

My husband and I had such a difficult time finding a home when we arrived in Oxford due to the fact that we owned pets, but when we walked into Taylors, everyone was so nice and helpful and not only did they find us a place that day, we were able to sign the paperwork and move in a few days later. It was clear from the first phone call I placed with Taylors that they are committed to getting it done. I had phoned with the intention of viewing the property the following day but Bailey told me she could organize a viewing within the hour as the property I was looking at was hot and wouldn't stay vacant long,she believed that a few checks on my behalf could see me habited in days(yeah right) She was right..I had the keys within a week. They have never taken more than about 2 weeks to let my property and the process is always very smooth. Likewise, buying my home through them was seamless and very pleasant. Avoid at all costs. Abrupt change of behaviour once the contract is signed. Complete lack of support throughout the renting, maintenance for instance. A fee was charged to provide references even though it should be free of costs by law and on top of that, they literally took 45 days to refund the deposit (values agreed 1 week after I moved out). Staff is quite friendly over the phone as well as in person, but get little if nothing done afterwards, just Promises, promises and promises. Extremely annoying. I do not recommend at all.
