The branch manager told me to shot up and didnt allow me to talk on a phone conversation. This is after i started talking politely and wanting to fully explain a very wrong situation. He said there wasnt need for me to talk and shouted STOP TALKING. At the end i let him talk and he did not answe accordingly to what i was saying because he refused to listen to me. I would never trust any one in that branch, no one at all expexially the branch manager, hopefully he wouldn't be for long.

Would give 0 stars They rarely answer the phone or call back when they say They work in conjunction with another and say to call them or your landlord. The other agency say to call Taylor's or the landlord and the cycle of incompetence can then repeat.

We have used letting agency for many years - always friendly, helpful and courteous. Full management service provides peace of mind. Tenant succession has been very good with only few days when property has been empty. Now looking to sell. Early stages, but sales team have been attentive and professional. Initial viewing within first week on market and promise of regular reviews to ensure we are kept up to date with progress. It is now two months since my last review (above) and a prospective purchaser has made an offer which we have accepted. Mohammed handled all negotiations and has kept us informed of progress throughout. We have opted to use the Taylors in - house conveyance team and they, too, have maintained contact - primarily via their on-line portal, which is informative and easy to use. We are very happy with the service to date and hope completion will be in the near future.
