GoogleMy boyfriend and I started renting with Taylor's in July of this year. This company charges the most for their letting fees and so you would think they would have the best customer service, but they do not. When we first moved in my boyfriend and I did a detailed inventory of the property and reported multiple repairs that needed done as well as a strong damp smell in a storage cupboard. We did not get any of these repairs fixed until almost 8 weeks after they were reported and the damp issue has still has not been addressed. As tenants we bleached the walls of the cupboard, provide the storage area with ventilation and still it smells up our entire house. Since I have been living in this house my allergies have gotten worse and so I am worried that there might be mold that is not visible which maybe contributing to my amplified allergies. We have contacted the letting company and our landlord, where we were either ignored or promised that someone would come and look at the property but no actions have been made. We are fed up with this company. I would suggest that you save yourself the frustration and let with another letting company. Taylors DO BETTER.

They have made this move without any stress and I would highly recommend them to anyone. If they had a branch in Rushden where I am moving I would have had no hesitation but to use them there. GoogleI didn't initially instruct Taylors to market my property as they were more expensive than their competitors however they were worth every penny. Initially I chose an online agent and then another local agent both made bold promises they failed to deliver on. Just when I was about to give up I gave Taylors a try after persistent follow ups from Ricky. My home was marketed jointly through the Biggleswade and Sandy offices I can't recommend them enough. Taylors proved you get what you pay for!

GoogleI am not often one to give praise especially in regards to Estate Agents - but with Taylors I am more than happy to sing there Praises from the roof tops! Always polite, friendly and nothing was any bother, the team at Taylors went that extra mile they sold my home without all the stress and frustrations. Tyrone and the team @ Taylors are the best agents I have used by a mile, I am happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent service at a competitive price.

GoogleUseless, do not actually invest any time or drive to promote properties on their books. They do not keep in contact with homeowners, offer advice or support. It is obvious that they quite frankly do not care one iota about their customers and selling properties in a timely manner. All the way down to poor photography of property, poor and inaccurate description and lack of knowledge about how to sell houses.

GoogleA complicated situation resulted with us using dual agency where a rival agent "sold" our home only to discover their loyalty was with the dishonest "buyer" and not us. This caused us our re-marketing the house with Taylors who took our situation and priorities seriously and sympathetically. A couple of quick viewings and a offer was professionally deallt with by Katie and Lisa. Communication and professionalism has been paramount and I wouldn't hesitate to use the agency again.

GoogleIt was mine and my partners first time buying a house, Lisa was exceptional and helped us every step of the way! Lisa was either at the end of the phone or email and was always extremely helpful explaining everything we needed to know or what we had to do in order for us to buy our home. It wasn't as straightforward as it should have been however Lisa would reassure us and keep us in the loop about any update. Would highly recommend Taylor's Yate. Lovely, friendly and professional team. Thank you also to Stephanie who was brilliant and on the ball when Lisa was on leave.

GoogleTaylors dealt with both the sale of a property and my rental. The sales team were excellent, especially Charles and Richard. Within 2 weeks of putting my property on the market I had over 20 viewings and they negotiated a sale swiftly to my satisfaction. The lettings department are also very efficient, especially Taylor, who made my lettings experience trauma free and understood my needs. I would highly recommend both the Sales and Lettings Department

GoogleAbsolutely appalling as a LETTING AGENCY!!! DO NOT USE. Maintenance checks are not done , ( despite repeated requests, i have not received a house check report so can assume they don't bother doing them), they let paperwork lapse ie EPC plus tenancy agreements. Admin staff are worse than useless and please don't get me started on the manager and assistant manager!!!!. Although inept and unprofessional spring to mind. This an unscrupulous lettings agency and should be avoided at all cost. They have a terrible reputation with other letting agents in the area,( i know this as i have spoken with other agents) They should be closed down as they charge a fortune for management fees but do no work for it. Complaint has been raised with Countrywide. PLEASE DO NOT USE
