Googlevery disappointing experience with Sian and Darren, was told to pay 400£ to "get the ball rolling" and take the property off the market. 2 months later I get notified by my solicitor that the seller has pulled out of the sale - no contact from the estate agency, not a word or a reason, no courtesy call, nothing. I find out because we are so far in the process the 400£ is non refundable. Also turns out the property wasn't taken off the market by the estate agent at all and was still advertised at their local branch! Very quick to take people's money however nobody there when you want some answers. Please avoid.

GoogleVery unprofessional, always late on site and never gave enough information about the property we liked. We tried to book a property and arranged our meeting with Mohammad. Mohammad cancelled our meeting twice by giving some silly excuses. Complete waste of time, never recommend to anyone.

Google-1000 Stars They will do anything to sell you a property even withholding very important information from you. The branch manager told me to shot up and didnt allow me to talk on a phone conversation. This is after i started talking politely and wanting to fully explain a very wrong situation. He said there wasnt need for me to talk and shouted STOP TALKING. At the end i let him talk and he did not answe accordingly to what i was saying because he refused to listen to me. I would never trust any one in that branch, no one at all expexially the branch manager, hopefully he wouldn't be for long.

GoogleAbsolute cowboys. Took payment for profesional photos to be done of a property which didn’t happen as the property never made it to the market. Was told I’d be refunded. Have called the office numerous times each time a different person saying I need to speak to someone more senior (Warren). Emailed Warren directly. Straight up ignoring all messages and still no refund. Ignorance and incompetence to the max. Avoid as they’ll make you lose your hair.
