Googlemy partner and I are first time buyers, Taylors was one of the many estate agents we went to when were looking for our first home. Even though we didn't hear anything for just under 1 month, Adam called me and told us he had a home for sale that would be perfect us, and he couldn't have been any more right! We viewed the house and the rest is history. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks and it is all thanks to Adam, Clive and Selina with the help and support of Luke and Patrick. Despite hundreds of calls I made to them asking so many questions and queries, the team always listened and answered all questions. I felt like a valued home buyer and they made it so much easier and stress free for both me and my partner.
Highly recommend going to them when buying a house!

GoogleAbsolute cowboys. Took payment for profesional photos to be done of a property which didn’t happen as the property never made it to the market. Was told I’d be refunded. Have called the office numerous times each time a different person saying I need to speak to someone more senior (Warren). Emailed Warren directly. Straight up ignoring all messages and still no refund. Ignorance and incompetence to the max. Avoid as they’ll make you lose your hair.

GoogleAbsolutely horrifying experience with Taylors. Never again. Not only are they unprofessional they are also rude.
I waited for them to get my shower fixed for 4 MONTHS and it still hasn't been fixed when I moved out of the property this weekend.
I gave them a month notice only to be told I have to stay and pay for an extra month and when they got lucky and found a new tenant they wanted to hurry me out of the property. Unhelpful. Distasteful.

GoogleHaving recently been through the process with Taylor’s of buying a property as a first time buyer I can say the following. The service desk team I.e Ankit and Mitchell are exceptional and provide wonderful service.
However my experience was ruined by Guaruav Sharma, he was not helpful,unprofessional, rude and very hard to get a hold of.
He would often lie to me so that I would use his service and when I informed him I wouldn’t be using him anymore he started making rude unnecessary comments. His behaviour needs addressing and his wholly unacceptable, I have dealt with many brokers but by far Guarav is the worst I have come across.
