Googlevery satisfied with the service I was provided by Taylor’s Northampton, I enquired about a property local to me and within a matter of days I was welcomed by a very lovely estate agent called Gina in regards to a viewing, she is a credit to the company as it has not even been a full week and I am already due to pick up my keys on the 24th of July with the work she has done on my behalf. GoogleFANTASTIC!!! We had a really difficult time with selling our old property and we had started the process in June 2019. We were finally able to sell our property and find one that met our needs in November 2019. Taylors in Yate were with us the whole way!! Mainly Lisa, Kate and Jacob, they never made us feel like were being difficult, they always stayed positive and when we needed them at least one, if not all, were there straight away to help us. Lisa was our saving Angle though, she kept on top of everything and even helped us with the purchase of our new property that wasn't even with them! as the estate agent that was with were rubbish!! Lisa kept us updated with everything, she chased and chased when things weren't going right and all the way we felt like these guys were in our corner, we were made to feel like we were the only customers, and when you think our sale lasted a year that is pretty fantastic. Kate can make even the grey-est of days seem like a sunny one, her personality really helped us stay encouraged and again Lisa just kept at it. During the recent virus they kept us updated with where they were, letting us know we could still contact them if we had any issues and we also had a check in call from Chris (again more than can what can be said about another company) They really were lovely, helpful and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. GoogleI have had a viewing of a flat with Darren and I must say that he was extremely helpful as well as been totally honest about the purchase. I have made other viewings at the same building with other agencies which have not released all the required information about it.

GoogleI could not recommend Taylor’s enough. Lisa and her team have been superb in selling the flat. It has been an 18 month rollercoaster of set backs, but they were so supportive and positive, and such professionals. I would use them again in an instant.

GoogleWe had the unfortunate experience of selling our house with these clowns six months ago and it was beyond a joke. They lied to a perspective seller on our position, which caused no end of unpleasantness as the seller thought we had intentionally deceived them. They lied without our knowledge or agreement and then stated that’s the way it’s done. They didn’t vet the financials of prospective buyers for our property and we later learned a good portion of people who viewed our house did not have the financial backing to pay anywhere close to what it was worth. We would get unknown staff members turn up for viewings without any knowledge of the house. Felt so sorry for any people viewing as they wouldn’t of been able to ask a single question. When we finally received an offer and we’re in the process of completing our chain, the other solicitors and estate agents found them so utterly useless that the just stopped trying with them and we communicated amongst ourselves. They actively screened our calls on several occasions and when using an unknown number to them they’d miraculously answer, this happened on multiple occasions. In all honestly I wonder what we paid them for as the house description was pathetic at best and the original floor plan created could of been for someone else’s house it was that bad. Please please do not use this company to sell your house, you honestly can get far better service elsewhere!
