I found dealing with the agent as a buyer to not be a very pleasant experience. Having looked round a property and asked for a second viewing, he said they'd already had offers and therefore wouldn't consider it, and effectively hung up on me. Absolutely no interest in keeping me on the books in case similar properties came up. Dreadful experience and wouldn't recommend.

Rude,time wasters and unprofessional,especially Lewis. Only 2 people who are trying is Mainul and Kegan the rest should change job. So many times I called as they recommended Countrywide solicitors to us for the process to run smoothly and quicker as the sellers don’t speak English language. We would have finished more than a month ago and save money with other solicitor company if they would have told us that sellers don’t speak English as Contrywide decided not to represent them anymore and sent their file to Howels solicitors- wich were very slow in replying and chasing the solar panel documentation. They said at the beginning they will support us along but they haven’t. I asked Amelia many times to check if sellers installed the radiators on the first floor as is winter time and I have a 2.5 years old. Every time she was complaining of having to much work to do and she will get back to me. They never come back to you. Besides Mainul he was the only one ringing back an trying to help. Really bad experience don’t recommend the place surely they are other professionals out there who know how to empathise. Wondering if I’ll get the keys tomorrow from the agency or they will ask us to come Monday.

Luis Tindale, if you have no time to reply to your emails, you shouldn't be even trying to go to work. Leave space for someone more responsible than you are. I wanted to check and give an offer, waiting for your response and only to find out few days later that the property has gone off the market.

As first time landlords we were apprehensive about letting out what had been our home. We approached Taylor’s as had rented through them several years ago. James and Vicky from were fantastic throughout the process, spent time discussing our options in an exceptionally professional manner. We had confidence that they would market the property appropriately and find suitable tenants. The whole process was straight forward and with competitive rates we decided to use them to manage the property for us. Can’t recommend highly enough at this stage.
