GoogleThey say purchasing a property is up there with divorce and bereavement. Never before have I believed in a saying but I can confirm that this is the case! It's not been the easiest of moves however, Karl and Charles have been such a great support and been with me every step of the way. They have been thoroughly professional and kept me up to date with everything! Thank you so much to you both, highly recommend.

GoogleTaylor's have acted quickly and efficiently to any questions I had when viewing the property initially and while renting the property, during these first three months of the tenancy. I am confident that if I have an issue, that it will be given the appropriate attention needed and a solution will be found . Taylors staff are friendly, very approachable and have guided me through the rental process with clear explanations.

GoogleWe rent a house in Wilson Street Cardiff, at the first, washing machine got wrong. it took more than two months to provide new one after more than 20 email and calls... We had kept house very clean and neat. we moved out of the house more than one month and they don't give back us the deposit yet. I sent several emails to them but just auto reply email said because of covid 19 .... Taylors be more responsibile to your clients...
