GoogleThis branch is beyond useless. Lip service is the only thing they provide, zero action for what you pay. As a landlord they provide incompetent service and the tenants suffer as a result. Laura Withington running the branch is a ghost who I'm surprised is allowed to be in management.
They merged with Countrywide and as so disorganised they don't understand what their own job roles are.
If you want to spend money for no service in return, these guys are the perfect fit for you.

After talking to Mohammed from Taylors at St Clements not only my mood lifted but also it was a great start to finally finding a home. There's nothing Taylors, and especially Mohammed, can't handle.

Lisa , Kate and staff were extremely knowledgeable, and couldn't have done more to provide a professional service during a personally difficult time. All credit to the whole team, in making things run smoothly and surprisingly quickly, to achieve the desired result for everyone. We were kept updated with frequent emails and telephone contact , so we always knew what was happening. We would definitely recommend Taylors at Yate.

They managed to find suitable tenants even during a global pandemic and lockdown, kept in regular contact, offered good advice and made the whole process really easy. Considering the global situation I have been extremely impressed with the helpful staff (initially Jodi and subsequently Gary) who have gone over and above to help me organise everything. I would definitely recommend using Taylor’s if you’re looking for a professional and efficient service.
