GoogleWe rent a house in Wilson Street Cardiff, at the first, washing machine got wrong. it took more than two months to provide new one after more than 20 email and calls... We had kept house very clean and neat. we moved out of the house more than one month and they don't give back us the deposit yet. GoogleI let my house for a period of 2 years with Taylors as the agents. During that period I had two tenants both found by the agents with only a period of 7 days between the two as Taylors had potential tenants "in waiting". During the two years I found the employees very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any problem on my side or the tenants was communicated and dealt with within hours and not days. GoogleI recently used Taylor’s Sales and Lettings to relocate to a rented property. I found Niall Reed who I liaised with, to be responsive to my emails and phone calls, which gave me a peace of mind that the job in hand was being dealt with. Overall the whole experience, from searching for a premises to signing a tenancy was dealt with professionally and quickly. GoogleViewed property Fri 12 the told agent(maddalene)we were interested we arare in best position possible (,cash buyers)!!she said she would ring us Monday to catch up we actually sent email on Saturday for 2nd viewing which she didn't even bother to look at!!,then Monday today we saw sstc, on RM when I rang she stuttered &made some story up about the people after us viewing made an offer there &then!!! Mmm really🤔 I think not,as she couldn't deal with me because she knew I'd caught her out she passed me to her sidekick micha who was insistent the vendor's accepted the offer on the spot & how they work so hard for the vendor Mmm very doubtful as if she was working that hard she would have surely advised of 2parties interested which obviously wasn't done,these agents are very bad for the induindustry &it's the likes of these that give all agents a bad reputation you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!perfect positionNegativeProfessionalism
