GoogleLauren White assisted in my flat purchase, she responded to emails in a timely manner and I really appreciated how honest she was, as a first time buyer she helped me understand the process and expectations. And was a huge help when dealing with solicitors who weren't so responsive, the communication levels definitely gave me peace of mind knowing I could contact someone reliable.

GoogleSuper unprofessional and rude. Booked a viewing with one of their estate agents, and not only did they not turn up, they did not even give me any notice or awareness of the situation. The property ended up being let agreed but I had to call and find out for myself.

GoogleGreat experience buying with Scott and Ben. We had lots of queries for the vendors throughout the process and they relayed everything promptly and ensured all matters were resolved. Scott gave us plenty of time to ourselves when we viewed the property too, which we didn't always find to be the case with other local agents, and makes a real difference to the process. Would recommend.

GoogleViewed a house, wanted to buy it, sent an email confirming this as advised by them, no response, sent a second email, no response, so I called the office. Was told I hadn’t filled in the relevant forms - informed them they hadn’t responded to my emails with forms to fill out! Told to fill forms over weekend as house in demand and bring in Monday. Did just that and paid for ID to be certified at the PO. Went in Monday told the guy dealing (Lee) who I was emailing was on annual leave and person there couldn’t help, so I had wasted my time! Got my dad to re-take forms in on the weds for me, was told by Lee I would get a call a couple of days after. No call. Sent an email chasing - no response. Called the office and was told guy dealing (Lee) was on annual leave again and they couldn’t help. Still waiting for an update..... I’ll be buying elsewhere!

GoogleAppalling service, misleading, will rent you a house with mould in bedrooms, holes in bedroom walls, no light working in the upstairs bathroom, no back wall in the garden, a boiler than was condemned, 3 weeks with no hot water or heating and the only response from them is "we are talking to the landlord about the situation. No solutions and no interest in sorting anything out stay well clear

GoogleI would just like thank Taylor’s for they’re professional approach whilst advertising and selling my property. Karl Pendry was my initial contact and after that I mainly dealt with Sean Priestly and Emily Martin, who I must say both individuals kept me up to date via emails and on my mobile. They also followed up the email and phone call with an update and feedback from every potential buyer, which I thought was very useful and professional. I would definitely recommend Taylor’s to my friends and family if they are buying or selling a property. Thanks Dominic

GoogleAfter having a really terrible experience with our previous letting agents, Taylors have been fantastic during our first 3 months of renting. The FixFlo system is great and any repairs are done fast and to a great standard. We are really grateful for the caring service we receive after such an awful time with our previous agents. GoogleI used Taylors Roath to let my 2bed house in Cardiff. High standard service and very quick response to all my queries. Managed to find a tenant within 2 days and the rent completed exceeded my expectation. Reference check, inventory all done in a timely manner. Would strongly recommend and will definitely consider them when selling the house.

GoogleViewed property Fri 12 the told agent(maddalene)we were interested we arare in best position possible (,cash buyers)!!she said she would ring us Monday to catch up we actually sent email on Saturday for 2nd viewing which she didn't even bother to look at!!,then Monday today we saw sstc, on RM when I rang she stuttered &made some story up about the people after us viewing made an offer there &then!!! Mmm really🤔 I think not,as she couldn't deal with me because she knew I'd caught her out she passed me to her sidekick micha who was insistent the vendor's accepted the offer on the spot & how they work so hard for the vendor Mmm very doubtful as if she was working that hard she would have surely advised of 2parties interested which obviously wasn't done,these agents are very bad for the induindustry &it's the likes of these that give all agents a bad reputation you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!perfect positionNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI tried to call these guys so many times, but I had to drive to the branch and stand outside on the phone in order for them to even pick up. We loved one of their properties and had our hearts set on it, and we told the estate agent that we wanted to apply and place a deposit asap. When we didn’t hear back very quickly, we were told that the landlord wasn’t replying to any of their messages, only to find out a day later that the property had been ‘Let agreed’! They should have called us as soon as they knew that the landlord was replying and not kept us in the dark. We very almost declined another property in favour of this one, gladly we didn’t!
